They had to come again the next morning. They did it all for us without any charges. Honestly, the bigger thing was they did all this with a smile... without making us feel guilty. We hired GN Rentals for our Anand Karaj at the Fremont Gurdwara. It was really hard to get in…read morecontact with them or even get a timely response but so many people had referred them so we decided to just go with their company. Everything seemed ok once we signed the contract and paid them until the week of the wedding. My parents had separately asked them for a quote for our home events we'd be doing and needed a tent and some rentals. They sent over the quote but it was too high and could not get a response from him so they decided to pass on them and never signed a contract nor paid them a deposit. Two days before our wedding, they showed up at my parents house unannounced claiming we "viewed the quote" so that meant we agreed to do business with them. I will emphasize, nowhere did my parents sign any sort of contract nor pay them any type of deposit. After trying to explain this to Kamal, the head guy, he threatened to cancel our separate contract with them for our Gurdwara wedding, unless my parents paid him $500+ additional dollars for the time it took his people to get to my parents house. While trying to understand his rationale behind this, he hung up on my parents. Our coordinator later called him back saying we found other rental companies who had availability so we would like to cancel with him and he then changed his tune and said "I am a business, I will not require them to pay the additional money and will go ahead and do the Gurdwara wedding." I don't think it's ethical to try to milk extra money out of customers who already signed and paid you in full. I will not be using his services again.

Leading up to the event, we were contacted to coordinate delivery details. They were very friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. The day of our party, we received a courtesy text to confirm drop off time. They arrived on time, were well prepared with all paperwork, tarps, jump house, and safety signage to display for the party. They set everything up in a timely manner, reviewed all rental agreement details with us, and answered a few questions that we had before leaving. The jump house was extremely clean and in great condition! Definitely one the nicest of any that we've rented. After the party, a pickup time was agreed upon.
