They are pretty accommodating with special requests and needed changes. What it is is basically a traditional hot pot experience but at home. They come in and set up (masked & gloves, and everything is pre prepped so set up is efficient!), explain to you the flavor options and then leave. You text them when you're done and they come back and clean up and pack up all your left overs for you! How neat is that? My husband and I did this for our first wedding anniversary and it was absolutely delicious- it was nice to eat at our own pace in the comfort of our own home, but with none of the work (I mean look at all that food prep!). Worth every single penny and then some. What a nice relatively safe way to experience a five star meal at home. It was great to play and tweak the flavors of the broth as we went.
