Terrible! I went in for a root touch up and a trim. Had advised that I just had highlights put in 8…read moreweeks ago. First round of color on my roots did not match. Bright orange! She then brings out another bowl and just starts slapping the color on. she then proceeds to comb the darker color through covering a good portion on the highlights. One it was dry my roots were so dark and red. It had now faded after 2 weeks to the above. She proceeds to the "trim" and I ended up with the cut pictured above. I have an entire chuck on the side of my head that is uneven. Reached out and she will not refund so that I can go and get my color corrected as well as my cut evened out. She then tells me to stop in and she will look at it. I follow up today and she proceeds to tell me she doesn't feel comfortable. This is an $180 with tip service. Her quality of work does not dictate that pricing. I've had my hair done all over the city and will pay for good hair. This is not it. Zero accountability and willingness to make it right. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. I should also mention ton that she had her children with her. Usually not a problem but her youngest who was probably about 5 was so distracting for her. At one point her turned off the timer she had set for my color process. Please beware!

If you ask for a cleanup, she leaves too much hair and doesn't really give you the clean crisp look that threading typically gives. Also, she's kind of rough lol. Then when I asked for black henna some excuse was given, but then they "found" some black cones. They said the black henna is more expensive when it's actually not. I have the same cones they used and they're cheap, the color doesn't last long either. My design came out nothing like the picture it was so ugly and sloppy I cried. I ended up only getting 1 hand done that's how bad it was. I paid $25 and it's already fading into brown after 1 shower. Better off using stencils and doing it yourself at home.
