These guys are crooks and have no clue what they are doing . I pulled up and wanted the guy to put some thicker oil to top off my truck because it burns a ton of oil. All he had was Lucas and I had to stop him from putting stop leak in my truck which would destroy the new seals I put in , he used regular Lucas and charged me almost 50 bucks they're about 15 bucks at the store , and tried to say I need full synthetic oil to stop burning oil. Makes no sense my valve guides are shot that's why my truck burns oil , this guy is not a mechanic he's a crook and a fool . read more

Came in for oil change - got that. Price was high but had to be done. They checked other fluid levels dealing with the power train. They asked if I wanted them topped off, said sure. Then they tell me how much after they topped them off. Little unethical- state price first and let customers answer. But honestly they just took advantage of a teen and said the car need this and needed that. My wife was taken advantage of by their dishonest bait and switch. I purchased a Groupon for this place for my wife. I paid $24 for a full-service oil change and tire rotation valued at $64.98. When my wife arrived for her appt, they took the Groupon happily and performed the service without concern nor comment. After which they supplied my wife with a bill for $83.94 and insisted the Groupon could only be used for $19 against that bill. My wife tried to question this math, but they pressured her into just paying and leaving. The associates at this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. And there are plenty of reputable oil change shops for all of you to visit instead of here. read more

I took my vehicle to my normal mechanic to get an oil change and tune up. He asked when and who did my previous oil change (Mobile 1), and told me based on how long it had been since my previous oil change, and the shape of my filter, that there was no way my filter had been changed. He said he had some difficulty getting the skid plate off that protects the oil pan and that Mobile 1 probably never even took it off. Mobile 1 never changed my filter (even though they charged me for a specialty oil filter). They left the old one on. When I nicely explained to their manager the situation he got all defensive, called me and my mechanic liars and said we don't know what we are talking about. He wouldn't even take a look at my old oil filter that clearly showed that it had been in use far more than 3000 miles. Don't come here if you want trusted service, these guys are not honest. read more

Screwed my car up doing a simple tire rotation. Now I get warning from my awd/rear axle, and they didn't notify my car's computer where they changed my tires so now all the sensors are switched up. Took it back asked them to fix it and they said not their problem. read more

The only thing you should have paid for should have been the $1.99 shop supplies and maybe an additional quart and possibly even an oil filter that was out of the ordinary, like a Volvo (which happened with me and cost me like an extra $20). But an extra $60?? That certainly seems messed up. I got talked into some windshield wipers and that was pretty stupid of me. He told me $30, I hesitated then said $25 net after rebate. Turned out it was net $30. I went to this place twice with my Volvo and my Jag. I will never go back and will not recommend this place to anybody. They also showed me my air filter, a K&N, which looked pretty dirty. I should have just asked what I should do just to see what they'd say. It would have been interesting if they told me they could replace my $45 lifetime filter with a regular one. As for a "speedy" oil change.... I would much rather be assured that all the old oil was drained from my crank case. I wonder what their response might be for your $84 bill..... read more

I have never had a speedier oil change! I usually wait about an hour to get the oil changed in my car at the dealership. Jiffy Lube took me no more than ten minutes. And they topped off my tires and a bunch of fluids in the car. They even vacuumed and cleaned my windows. I've never been more satisfied and eager to spend $40. Thanks! read more

By far the worst oil change I have ever had. They did not replace my oil filter, which I paid for and crushed my old one. My car was smoking a lot and I had to get my car towed from Flint to Royal Oak because I didn't know what was wrong with it. Then, I had to pay for a new filter, oil change, and for the oil to be cleaned off my car. The owner said he would reimburse me and then would not. He told me to call to make sure he was there but avoided my calls for months. Then when I showed up one day had the nerve to ask why I didn't go back there for the oil change. He kept interrogating me, I got mad, and he told me to leave. He also told me he fired the guy who did my oil change but when I showed up that man was still working there. If you care about your car and like honest people DON"T GO THERE. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. read more

I just discovered that they put the incorrect oil filter on my car after having driven my car for months following my last Mobil 1 Lube Express oil change (Rochester in Royal Oak), The incorrect filter was crammed in to fit and the o-ring is missing. As you may know, doing this can cause rapid wear on your engine. Mind you, I spent additional money because my car needs a filter that cost extra. hmmm??? I would assume that you pay this when they put the CORRECT filter in your car. I am furious! Previously I had minor issues that I overlooked, but he filter issue takes it to a new level and I will not go back. Customer service, speed and ease is tossed out the window when your car is not serviced properly and in the end could be damaged due to negligence. read more

These guys will never see me again. Pulled in with my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and asked how much an oil change would be. The rep said it needed full synthetic oil and the price would be $89.99. Sounded a bit pricey, but in a hurry so said "OK, do it". The bill shows up and the price is suddenly $115. I asked what happened to the $89.99? He said they needed to add an extra quart of oil (for $9.99) and the oil filter my Jeep requires costs extra (another $9.99). Don't go to a place that quotes one price and charges another. BTW, I called the dealer and they said the price would have been $65. Like I said, this place will never see me again. read more

It was suggested that I put oil for a car with high millage, so I was SURPRISED that he charged me 59.99 for that. REALLY how about a 5.00 up charge, not more then double the cost and then he wanted to flush the radiator for 79.00!
