I pumped gas left and came back because I noticed I was still with no gas. I asked what they could do and the desk guy told me nothing. I have the receipt and I got gas at another pump because I had to be at work and has no gas and luckily that pump worked. No help and no regards from the clerk with any care to help. I will never go back. If they can steal this way think about anything else they probably would do. I definitely do no recommend this place. Terrible service. read more

I used the Mobil station at 1pm on a Monday; my bank called later that evening to report that my card had been skimmed and attempts were being made to use the card in Ohio. I hadn't used my card anywhere else recently. I called the station to make them aware of the issue. read more

I went to get my car washed. The machine accepted my credit card but no receipt. I cleaned inside of car then went to laundry matt down street. That is when I discover the car was still dirty. I went back and the cashier said if I did not have a recipt he could not do anything. I showed him where it was deducted from my account and he did not care. Would not give me his name just said call Dass, the owner. I was upset. He said we will give me my money back but it was not about that I wanted my car clean. I value the $0.20/gallon discount that is applied when I purchase a car wash as it reduces the /gallon price to better than competitive with other local stations. The car wash quality is improved over past years, better stream of water, more efficient dryer-blower. I almost always pay for a wash and then return at a later date, prior to the receipt expiration. Last week, I drove away without my receipt, realized it soon after but couldn't return until hours later. Called and spoke with the manager, Dass, he looked up the receipt using the method of pymt and approximate $$$ spent, printed another and put it aside for me to retrieve later that day. The car wash didn't work OK no big deal but then the attendant says: screw you, not her problem , Claims she can't give you credit, it doesn't matter if I've paid or not they can't do anything , She says to fill out a form and then proclaims we're not interested and don't care if people lose their money. they couldn't have been more cavalier I had to call the police about 15 people paid for car washes however, it doesn't work, they don't put a sign up, they tell everyone else the same thing can't do anything about it sorry not their problem this place is just a criminal enterprise they know the car wash doesn't work they don't inform people they don't return your money this is a criminal enterprise read more

I am boycotting this station. (1) When I went to purchase a car wash, I noticed a sign indicating a car wash purchase yielded 20 cents/gallon discount. So I went through the car wash and when I went to buy gasoline, the attendant said he couldn't give me a discount--I had to purchase the gasoline first. NOWHERE was that indicated. So I did not get my discount. (2) Inside the car wash: although I paid top dollar for the best car wash, only one of the lights turned on, leaving me no way of knowing if the other processes I'd paid for--RainX, etc.--were being applied, or not. (3) When I went to speak with the attendant, he gave me a piece of paper to register my complaint, and I included my phone and email. Management never contacted me. (4) When I returned to the station some days later, a different attendant could speak the most minimal English, didn't understand me, and couldn't or wouldn't give me a way of contacting management. To heck with this station. Though I live just two blocks away, there is NO WAY I will return to buy gas or a car wash. I urge other customers to boycott the station, too, until and unless management gets its act together, places proper signage, ensures that the car wash is honest, gets attendants who can communicate, and posts contact information in the window of the booth. NOT PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES I visited the station on August 11 to get gas and wash a car that had been to the beach. Thought it would be the best to avoid Covid. Brought my mask and plastic gloves as I am self isolating. I have used the wash there before. I went through he wash and had enough quarters to run the vacuum once. The suction was not working right on the vacuum. I know because it was not removing the sand from my car and I had used the vacuum many times before. I notified the attendant and asked to get more quarters for two more runs. They would only give me $4.00 of quarters. The attendant was not wearing his mask over his nose. I went to try again and the nozzle came off of the vacuum. I went back to let him know. He came out without a mask and was practically in my face. I told him to stay away from me by 6 feet. He did not come and assist. I tried again. I went back again to ask for my money back. He then decided he would use his card to let me vacuum. Still no suction on the vacuum. He had no mask on and kept trying to have me come over to show me how the suction was working. It wasn't!!! I again asked for my money back. Said come back tomorrow. I would avoid this place at all cost. They are not practicing COVID 19 Guidelines and they don't care if they do. Bad service is bad enough but having to expose myself to COVID to clean my car is outrageous!!! I hope someone will close them down for not practicing social distancing. this station's gas price is usually about 10 cents a gallon less than neighboring Shell and Exxon stations, and I've found it to be clean and convenient, and easy to get in/out of, especially when traveling westbound on Duke Street. I usually don't have interaction with the attendant since I pay at the pump, but on occasions which I have they have always been courteous, I was sorry to read that other reviewers had different experiences. Once the carwash did malfunction on me too (only washed the front half of the car!) but the attendant apologized and went and reset the machinery and it worked fine the second time. my only complaint is that the pumps do not seem to deliver gas particularly fast, even with holding the handle squeezed wide open, which can be a tad frustrating and time consuming. but all in all, it's a good place to get gas. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. The only reason I go there is to get Plenti reward points and every time I drive away disappointed. The instructions posted on the pump don't work and the attendant barely speaks and/or understands English! Don't waste your time at this station. read more
