We had to go to a car wash after to get the dust/smudges off. Internal - glove compartment wasn't cleaned (tissue/dust inside). The middle console had water inside. The employees left SOMEONE ELSE's belongings in the trunk! We had to drive back to return it. Enployee offered a free re-do service. We refuse to waste more time on a poor service. Pros: friendly staff and easy to book online. But overall Quality is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this business or service.

He was very apologetic and explained that there was a schedule mix up that day and he wanted to make it right. I decided to give them another try and booked another appointment with them for 1/9. Spotless rinse didn't work had to use high pressures. Also detergent leaked down the hose from the top of the wash. Huge disappointment was the "dryer". Handle was broken and put together by black electrical tape. Pressure was awful. Made due and with plenty of elbow grease I got a clean car.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

Mistakes happen, but the response to mistakes is what's important............ Terrible service. The car wash failed to turn on, and staff refused to give me a refund.The automatic car wash accepted my wash code but would not start. I tried waiting several minutes and backing up and re-entering a few times; the system recognized that a car was in place but wouldn't start. I received limited help from the gas station attendant who was polite but spoke very little English. He handed me a phone to speak to his boss, who said it was impossible to give me a refund and I should come back "sometime when he's there" in person to get my car washed. I left in disgust. It's a shame because this is the only car wash in the area.
