I then sat there for another 15 minutes and was told that my oil plug was being "difficult".. Another 15 minutes go by and they tell me they can't get it off and can't do the oil change because the two working on it "aren't the most mechanically inclined".. so after 50 minutes of wasting my time I'm told that the people working on my car aren't fit for the job... yikes..

Today the oil was dirtier than it should've been after a change. They tell you you can come in the office and look what they did in the pit, but their video is so muddy, you really can't see anything. They try to tell you that your oil would've been cleaner if you had your fuel lines and jets cleaned. Not sure how that equates? Won't be back. The only plus is the free car wash You receive after they change the oil.

Jerry told him he had it. He was explaining this to me. He had just done a brake job for me a coupLe of weeks before. I thought Tony was quite rude interrupting us when he didn't hear the whole conversation. Jerry has done a lot of work for me recently and I appreciate his honesty. I thought Tony was very unprofessional. If I was a first time customer I would have left and gone elsewhere. The reason I am writing this review is because I went to the Midas in Racine Wisconsin for their…read more$29.99 oil change special and everything went fine but the reason for only leaving three stars is that a month ago I had them install four brand new tires and during the inspection they did not find any issues but after my oil change just yesterday they now apparently found $3,000 worth of work that's my car requires and when I asked why none of this was mentioned during the inspection from my last visit only a month ago I was informed that sometimes they do not do a very thorough job during the inspection which I found very unsettling and I was also informed that Scott no longer works there which is who I dealt with last time so I was unable to ask him why no problems were mentioned before? The employees are friendly they did their job as expected I just expect a certain level of reliability with every visit and for my car to be thoroughly inspected every time and another thing I would like mention is that when they installed my new tires they entered the wrong car information so I would also appreciate it if they would be more accurate and thorough to make sure they get the right car information before putting brand new tires on.
