I wasn't a fan of how the helmet smelled though and of how the smoke smelled from the GoKarts. It was my first time trying it out so I don't know if that's normally how it is. I also didn't get to try the batting cages because they were closed 15 minutes before midnight, even though they advertised this spot closing at midnight. The Laser Tag activity was a pretty big space and I didn't find it stuffy at all, which was good. The VR next to the Laser Tag though was stuffy but at least there was an overhead fan. I personally don't trust how well they clean and disinfect the head masks, that's why I didn't try it. The arcade area was pretty limited in terms of games but they're always a good activity to do as an alternative from the other activities that have lines. Didn't get to try the mini-golf or the "bowling" area due to time. I like the outdoor patio and the ambiance of the string lights when you want to get some fresh air. Lots of families seated wherever they wanted and kids had a lot of stuff to play around with. Looking to see how this spot will compete with Round1 opening up soon in the mall. The water cup station is super handy, but they didn't want to refill the waters near the end of the night and the cups also, so we had to ask at the bar. I like that there's a good amount of staffing here who were all working hard. There's a few bathrooms spread out in the place. Parking is big in the back, just gets pretty dark.

The arcade is relatively small, but the bumper car area is quite spacious and doubles as a skating rink after 8 PM until closing, which only allows for about two hours of skating. The pricing is reasonable overall, though the skating entrance fee feels a bit steep. Arcade games are fairly priced, and the bumper car sessions offer good value. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. Since it's only been open for about a week, it's worth giving it some time to develop.

The place has this lively and energetic feeling that teenagers would enjoy a lot, and I noticed right away that there were a lot of teens all around the arcade machines. Seeing so many teenagers there made the whole place feel more exciting, almost like their energy was part of what made the arcade enjoyable. Even though it isn't the biggest or most impressive arcade ever, it still has that playful atmosphere that makes it easy to have fun without feeling rushed. I liked how simple it was to move around and try different games, even if a couple of the machines looked a little older and one didn't work when I tried it, which fits a four‑star experience instead of a perfect one. I only visited the Fun Factory one time in my life before making this review, but it still left me with a good impression. It's not a mind‑blowing place, yet it gives you a chance to feel creative and playful in your own way. I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because it gives them a fun spot to hang out, play games, take pictures, and enjoy themselves without needing anything fancy.

We play some of the games to support this business which has children and core memories at the forefront of their business model. I wish more people appreciated businesses like this and hyped them up bc we need more family oriented activities in SCV. My toddler loves playing here! The general manager Gerardo is always helpful and knowledgeable and his staff, Kendal, alike. They provide great customer service each time. Not to mention the place is clean! Some arcade places give you the yuck but I think they legit sterilize their machines each evening bc my kid has never gotten sick after playing here. My favorite feature is that they have activities for big kids and toddlers.

While there, I observed a couple near the bungalows kissing and groping each other in a children's play area while their kids played nearby. What was most concerning was that staff did not appear to address the situation. I also noticed that many of the employees assigned to the play areas were sitting down and talking among themselves rather than actively monitoring the floor. As a parent, I did not feel comfortable having my children around that type of behavior in a family-oriented environment. Because of this experience, even though we are locals, we have chosen not to continue giving this business our support. I believe closer supervision and more attentive staff presence would help create a safer and more appropriate atmosphere for families. This was our experience and a reply/justification attempt will not change it.
