Some inconsiderate butt-hole put a double door ding on our new black ZDX on the front passenger door on Jan 2nd at Del Amo Parking garage. I didn't notice it that day since it was raining, but the next day when there was a break in the rain, I was wiping down the car and was mortified. Good thing- the paint didn't break. I snapped some photos to Rich and he asked me a few questions. Was the door steel? And what kind of window glass. Laminated glass is more common on luxury cars especially with airbags. Not all dings are the same. He said that my double dings should be amenable to PDR. He gave me an estimate and we made an appointment. Rich is a great with keeping in contact and was on-time. He and his partner do excellent, meticulous work. Rich even noticed that there was a faint ding on the front driver fender above the charging port. I'm very OCD and even I needed to do a double take to see it. He gave me an excellent price to take care of it while he was there. After the fact- they also do mobile wheel and windsheild repairs.
