I told him when I was going to pick up my car in the morning. He said to just come by and drop off my car. He was so nice and walked me through the different tint options. The tint on the moonroof of the model Y isn't dark enough to prevent glare. So he suggested the perfect tint that will provide enough to prevent glare and some heat protection. Also he suggested tint shades for the side and front & rear windows. It took about 5-6 hours. Loved the way it came out. Fresh Window Tint is a family run business. His son and nephews do the work. One said that the damage was too large and wasn't able to fix due to my tint and that I'll need to replace the whole windshield. The others I've called declined to repair because of my tint. I was referred to Dents Out Plus by my supervisor who had his windshield previously repaired here. I gave Rich a call and asked if he's able to do the repair on my 2023 Tesla Model 3. He's very responsive and asked some simple questions regarding the damage. He's very straightforward and will tell you how it is on whether or not he's able to repair and will not attempt if the windshield has been in contact with any water since he wants to guarantee his work. Overall, I'm amazed with Rich's work. He arrived the next day to my office and did an excellent job! Price was reasonable.
