Just say you messed up instead of deleting your original comment where you lied and said my review didn't happen and then give poor excuses after. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Customer service was disappointing and communication was terrible throughout the process. If you're going to sell vouchers and book appointments, at least respect customers' time enough to give proper notice. Would not recommend based on my experience.

A few days prior to my "Holy" appointment, I finally had fixed my engine oil leak (through a different vendor in San Bruno) for my '99 Mazda Miata and I wanted to make sure my engine bay was not only clean and smooth as a baby's bottom, but that I could eat off it (kidding!) at a moment's notice. The staff assured me that a light power wash with a steam clean would not affect any internal engine components --and they were correct. Recommend Holy Moly highly, a near-religious experience. I asked him if it was possible for me to upgrade to the Full Detail package special. He said it would be possible. There was clear communications about costs and any surcharges (pet hair and/or very dirty vehicles). I really appreciated this as I didn't want to be caught without enough cash. Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package. He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out.
