Oscar was great. Answered the phone, called me back quickly with pricing. Was able to send someone down to me same day with after-market glass for my Tesla but, after cleaning up the broken windows, discovered the after-market didn't fit. His tech taped up temporary cardboard windows for overnight and they were back the next morning with OEM glass (quick turn around special order!) installed by lunchtime. The OEM glass was slightly more expensive than going to Tesla directly, but the speed and convenience of the mobile service vs. 1 week wait to get my car to a Tesla service center far away was worth the price. Well, after nearly 6 years of living in the area I shouldn't have been so surprised to see that my corner rear passenger window had been broken when I got off work in Oakland. Luckily, the only things stolen were the jumper cables in my trunk. (Probably because this area has trained me to leave no valuables in my car). Once my initial shock had passed I started looking for places that could replace it. I had the next day off and was hoping someone would be available to help me get this repaired ASAP. My husband called Oscar 15 minutes before his shop closed, and he quickly gave us a quote and we set up a time for him to come to me the next morning (!!). Amazing. The whole ordeal took about 30 minutes. He arrived, carefully vacuumed my car as well as some of the glass pieces that fell on the floor as he worked, and quickly replaced the window. Since I have a fairly common vehicle (Toyota) with a standard looking rear vent window, the whole thing was less than $200. He let me know that in some models, that vent window is more expensive to replace than the main one!
