Mary is God-sent! I…read moregot a small, dinky little paint chip on my car. Literally like a couple grains of rice. I've called around, sent pictures, they all quote about $700. I said I just wanted to make sure it gets fixed so it doesn't get worse. Mary was the ONLY one who suggested to simply get paint pencil from Toyota and call it a day. She said it won't be that pretty, but it will get the job done. If I go with them, they will buff out the entire section, she explained everything thoroughly so it made sense why the charge the amount. I asked more about the paint pencil and she walked me through how to ask Toyota, what to do, what to watch out for... $40 later, problem fixed! I basically didn't want to leave the paint cracked because it will cause rust, so that's what I was avoiding. I sooooo appreciate the alternative she gave, which lost her the business, but absolutely gained a future customer! I agreed to a reasonable price for the work and scheduled the repairs for an available time slot a couple of days later. Ishmael came first to do several stages of repair to the ugly scrape. He told me he did Bondo filling, sanding, primer, matching paint, and a clear coat. Ceasar arrived a bit later to fix the door dents. He had a whole array of specialty tools he could insert through a gap in the window sill when the window was rolled down. I left the two to work and went back inside. Ceasar called me to let me know they were done. From start to finish, the repairs were done in under two hours. The paintless dent repairs are perfect. You would not know they were there. The front air dam repair is very good. White metallic paint is pretty hard to match. Because I know where to look I think I can see a very tiny shade difference. But I doubt anyone else would ever notice. I'm very pleased with the work.
