Update 2019 - I've now been stood up twice in a row by these folks, truly disappointing. They used to be so good and reliable and now just completely flake out. The first appointment I booked 4 days in advance for Saturday to wash both our cars, then he cancelled because he "forgot it was Easter weekend", so I booked an appointment for the following Saturday - when I reached out on Friday to confirm for the next day he said he was out of town. Didn't even have the courtesy to reach out to me to cancel, I had to reach out to him so he could flake on me. When they do show up the work is awesome, but good luck getting them to actually keep their word and appointments. Oh and the second time he cancelled was for the morning of my father's funeral - when I really wanted our cars to look and feel nice to take some comfort in our grief. Sheesh. read more

Thanks to Randy, Deon and Zack, my car is looking great again! I've only had my car for about a year and a half and last week I had a surprise as I was driving in Irvine on Sand Canyon. I heard a popping sound on my left and when I looked in the rearview mirror I saw something orange coming out from under my car. When I got to my destination I saw the back of my car and it looked as if it had been spray-painted orange. I must've gone over something that did that to my car. Had Dion and Randy come out to detail my badly oxidized white FJ Cruiser and was pretty impressed with the work they did to restore the shine. They showed up a few minutes early, spent a lot of time carefully washing, clay barring, polishing and waxing the truck and the final result is pretty incredible. This business has THE worst customer service I have ever encountered in the 60+ years of my life. Sorry, I don't care how good they are if you are lucky to actually experience their service. They will be luck at this rate if they don't go out of business. I had an appointment yesterday made with one of the business owners. 20 minutes later no sign of them nor do I receive any communications. I was told an excuse that their truck broke down and they could make it 1 hour later than our appointment. I said I could not wait so he asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I rescheduled to today at 1pm. 1pm comes and goes. 20 minutes later I called. Voice mailbox is full. I text them and no response. 30 minutes still no communications. I have wasted 2 days as a business owner myself, moving around my schedule to fit theirs. I don't even get the courtesy of a communications. They have no respect for their customer's time. I called these guys on a Sunday morning and they were there to detail three cars at noon. Let me tell you, they have a kickass rating for a reason! My sister in law said it's the cleanest she's seen her ride since she bought it, and that's saying something because her dog left enough dog hair in there to knit a quilt. What can I say about these guys that hasn't already been said? Let's start with the fact that they arrived promptly at our appointment time with all equipment and products ready to go. Without any delay, they took my car keys and got to work. They worked diligently the ENTIRE time, not even stopping to take a break. My mom also wanted her car detailed and they said it wouldn't be a problem. A few hours later, they continued working just as hard on my mom's car as they did on mine when they got here. Dion is also really funny and jokes around a lot. Randy has the most adorable pitbull named Coby that he brings along for the ride sometimes. But back to their work and the results, my car looked absolutely fantastic!! They were able to get a lot of the superficial scratches out via buffering and made my 7 year old car look only couple years old. I called over 7 different mobile detailing services yesterday. Almost every single one tried to up-sell their services to me, despite me reminding them that I had a budget I needed to stick to. I had basically given up hope of finding a company that could come out and clean my car with the exact services I was looking for. I wanted to just get an exterior detailing with clay bar and wax as well as an engine detail. Many of the companies I called even refused to do engine detailing unless I picked the most expensive package. Dion, however, called me back after I left a message with his receptionist and he was very friendly and helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and understood that I wanted to stay within a certain budget. He didn't try to up-sell. He didn't try to make me feel bad for not picking the most expensive option. Even better, he told me he was able to send out his partner Randy to clean my car within the hour. Once Randy arrived, he was very nice and was more than happy to let me watch as he detailed my car and gave me pointers.
