Being a teen, I didn't know the tire was flat until I drove it off and by that time the tire was ruined. Another time later, I had another irreparable tire and because I was a teen and broke, they gave me a used tire for free because they didn't want me driving with a bald tire. And another time, I had them look at my tires because the tire sensors were going off. The guy who worked here gave me his honest opinion that I really didn't need to replace the sensor since we've driven around for yeats without sensors and we survived. All I had to do was make sure I looked at my tires regularly. He told me if I replaced one sensor, the other three would eventually do the same and it would be about $300+ and it wasn't a huge deal. I always appreciate honestly because then I know they're not just thinking about themselves. Anyway, ever since then, I've always gotten my tires repaired, replaced and checked up on here. Even when I moved away, I went to a different location just because I've always had good service at America's tired. The have a pretty good warranty and they are reliable. The last several years, this place has gone through a remodel and the inside is now equipped with free wifi and workstations where you can work in your laptop so you can still work remotely if needed. They do free flat repairs, free air check and I think free rotations too. I also like that they have all my records so I don't have to remember much. Tire costs aren't the cheapest but they aren't overwhelmingly expensive either. I figure for all th free stuff and things they've done for me over the years, it's worth it. So anyway I hope I don't have to go back here soon but I'll definitely come back here when needed!

I called around a a few places to ask how busy they were. Discount Tire & SC was very transparent and said that they could take my car in the morning and have it be looked at maybe not RIGHT away but definitely in the morning at least. The manager was extremely nice as well and helped me through the whole thing. Nobody tried to talk me into buying XYZ for my car etc. a very calm and pleasant experience. I was ready to wait for a few hours but they ended up taking less than an hour to look at my car and patch the tire! I was very happy and will try to get my oil changed here etc! They have cute coffee shops and a few stores and restaurants walking distance in the area so I was able to wait at a coffee shop and get some work done while my car was there. However, they do have like a main lobby where you could wait.

At that point, I was told that the parts installed were not correct for my vehicle, and that new parts had to be ordered. This resulted in wasted time, multiple visits, and the issue still not being fixed. Later, I discovered that very low-quality/cheap parts were installed, which explains why the problem never went away. I still have the original parts and documentation as evidence. This experience shows either lack of professionalism or poor quality control. Taking a customer's money without properly diagnosing the issue or installing the correct parts is unacceptable. Short-term profit comes at the cost of long-term trust--and customers. I expected better service and transparency.
