The salon was very quick to reply to my email and gave me a call. They asked what I was unhappy about with my hair and they completely understood and were very apologetic. They thanked me for reaching out and wanted to do whatever was needed so I was happy with my hair and experience. They booked me with the owner, Katlyn. I went in today and she was very kind, knowledgeable, and asked me multiple questions about my hair and what my goals were, so she could fix what I didn't like. She also had two people shadowing her, so she was able to explain exactly what she was doing to correct my hair which was helpful, because I was interested as well. Katlyn showed enthusiasm during my visit and was very professional. She was personable and friendly. I was only there for an hour and a half but I had such a nice experience, it honestly felt much quicker because she and the girls helping her were so engaging. I will say my experience was lightyears different than my initial experience. I am very happy with my hair and I offered to tip Katlyn for her time, but she refused and really appeared like she was happy to have helped me. Overall, I would actually recommend coming here and I will likely come back.

I met Sarah as a bridesmaid at a friend's wedding and was very excited to work with her at my own wedding. I did two trials with Sarah because I couldn't decide what I wanted, and she was very patient with me changing my mind and adding to her already busy schedule. Both trials turned out so well despite being done in far less time than the actual wedding day. On the day of the wedding The Hair + Makeup Company team arrived very early in the morning to start on my six bridesmaids, two mothers, and myself. Everything was well organized and smooth. There was a wall of photos showing everyone's desired hair and makeup photos and we even ended a bit ahead of schedule. Thank you to Sarah and her team for making all my bridesmaids, my mother, mother-in-law, and of course me look beautiful and feel amazing for a day!
