The guy looked displeased I was there he seemed a little bit rude gadgetfix I'm greeted by a smile with how can I help you? This guy looked like he didnt want to be there I know he looked displeased no mask small store but, the only reason it's two stars was because he was helpful somewhat but he just didnt care about the problem I was having. I was looking for an sd card for an old phone cuz I had a problem with my app but he kinda had an attitude like he was irritated he just said just update it. I said I cant it's no longer an active phone. He didn't even ask what the problem was places I go to usually ask what the problem is then tell me they wont be able to, that would have been fine with me but he just seemed to be rude about it. Kenny deserves 10 stars! Several months ago my son broke my phone. He then lost it and I couldn't find it. Having a work cell it wasn't a big deal. 5 months later I really needed my phone. Phone found. I started checking for repair in Bakersfield as I was attending an event at the fairgrounds. Found Kenny in yelp. I called and left a message. 6 minutes later he calls back and sincerely apologizes for missing the call and taking so long to call back. Who worries about only 6 minutes to return a call? As I don't live in Bakersfield, he met me at the fairgrounds and repaired my phone in the parking lot. He wouldn't even let me pay for his parking! I am not an easily impressed person. I also think that many people and/or companies have lost basic customer service skills. Kenny very much impressed me with his skills in that he goes way above and beyond even basic customer service!
