I got my screen repaired by Jonathan. On time, friendly attitude, everything went fine. I believe he charged me $70. My vibrator stops working. Months later i take my phone in to PCS phone repair in Brea. The technician opens it and asks me who has worked on my phone before. I say Apple technician, i dont mention Jonathan at all. PCS tells me my screen is a "C" grade replacement screen. Also i have several screws missing, likely from the screen replacement, that being the only time someone has opened my phone. PCS also believes the screen repair is what caused my vibrator to malfunction. Dont know who is right or wrong, but thats the whole story. read more

I don't know where to start with this guy; everything about his service was amazing I'd give him 10 stars! I called him up to ask how much his prices were, he told me he would charged me $55 to replace my cracked iPhone 4S screen. Now , if you've done your research you'll know that the apple store won't replace it most of the time, they told me, 'well it's gonna cost about $200, so you should just buy a new phone', but my phone was perfectly fine! And I'm not giving the apple store more of my money. Other third parties are somewhere in the $100 range so Jonathan is a steal to be honest. Another thing is, bless his heart, he saw me on Saturday and he doesn't typically help customers out on Saturdays, so I drove to a Starbucks near him and he did it for me, which was very very nice of him to do. Jonathan is super polite, fun to talk to, very professional, and really good at what he does! I don't think he was fixing my phone for more than 15 minutes!! So, if you want great service and quality and you want it done right, go to him! I will pass him on to anyone who breaks their phone. read more

I rarely post reviews unless I have an AMAZING experience.... And I have to post something about Jonathan. Not only does he come to you, but he did a huge favor and came to my house on the weekend! Granted I live really close to him.... But still- you don't get service like that anymore. Well, when he came by- we troubleshot my iPhone 5 and deduced that it was either a bad lightning connector (common with 5s?!?!). Or mother board. At first he tried to change the lightning connector... But it still wouldn't charge or acknowledge the cable was plugged in.... so he took it home to work on overnight. Next day, he texted that it was the board.... And that he couldn't fix it. With all of that work, there was no charge because he couldn't fix it. OMG- a legitimate and honest person!
