I called him and he met me at my house the very next day and was done in 15 minutes. So Jonathan was amazing from start to finish and I totally understood why his ratings were so high... Unfortunately a month later, as I snapped my phone into a new, sturdier case, as I secured the bottom left corner of the case in...boom...new crack appeared! The original damage to the phone was in that same corner so I realize that is probably the most vulnerable spot, but never imagined putting a new case on my phone would cause a crack just by touching it. I reached out to Jonathan who advised me he couldn't do anything but replace the screen again at some sort of discount. I wasn't pleased with that because I felt there should be some sort of guarantee on the repair, especially for the reason for the new crack. I was also not pleased with how the new screen had been sealed to the phone frame, but never said anything about it because I realized it was a repair and I was just thrilled to have a new screen when he fixed it. The seam is extremely rough. When I mentioned that as well, he immediately started chastising me for how badly my phone had been damaged and the extra work he did on it for free.
