After leaving me in the room for a while, he came back and completed the injections. When I checked out, I confirmed that I had only received treatment for one area, not two. A little over a month later, I called to schedule my next appointment to use the remaining 50 units. The receptionist pulled up my account and told me all 100 units had already been used. I explained there had to be a mistake, and she said she would check with the doctor. She later informed me that he claimed to have used the full 100 units at that first visit. I was shocked. I asked for documentation showing where and how many units were injected, and was told they do not record that information. I have never encountered a provider who doesn't keep detailed records for this type of service. It was very troubling to learn that the doctor did not follow what we agreed upon. I honestly do not believe he used all 100 units, but even if he did, it was unethical because I explicitly requested only 50 and specified the area of treatment. If he chose to make changes, he did not inform me or obtain my consent. Based on my experience, I believe this doctor is unethical. I strongly recommend choosing a reputable provider who honors both their Groupon offers and the agreements made during consultation.

They are not a traditional wellness center, they have all the latest equipment and technology to support longevity. The space has a very relaxing feel, soft colors, almost a zen feel to it. We got to try the cryo chamber, which is super cold, we lasted 1 minute. Then we went to the infrared sauna with cold plunge, my favorite. I could barely get into the cold plunge, however I appreciated the experience. Next was the NEO light bed, with different settings & colors, that promote healing. It was very relaxing to lay on the bed. You wear a pair of dark glasses to protect you eyes. After that we went to the float room, which was my least favorite thing. The water wasn't heated and I got salt in my eye. After that we had the compression therapy. I had the compression on my hips. My lower back felt better after the compression therapy.
