Asked Mario for his business card while he was changing the lock on an individual mailbox at the neiighborhood mailboxes. He was extremely rude when I asked him for his business card. He said I didn't know what he was doing. He had a box opened and was changing lock. He was in an unmarked white van and I know the people that deliver from USPS and because of the clothing and unmarked van, didn't think he was a city employee. I asked again for his business card. He looked in his wallet, said he didn't know if he had one, then found one and gave it to me. After giving me the card, he said he was protecting the mailbox owner's privacy. I never asked him or looked at the box he was working on. My neighbor's will often ask for business cards of worker's at my home, and I do the same, it's a good referral and safeguard system. Mario to the rescue (as I can see he has done for a multitude of others) while we were out of town on vacation and our housesitter niece was locked out of our house with a key that broke off. I had a really rough two days this week. My car was broken into and a set of my house keys were taken. I was so busy filing police reports and did not get around to calling until after 2pm. Spendid service on what you call a minute to minute notice! Mario showed up so quickly and even after starting off with wrong directions, he still made an amazing recovery of our night that had not quite started since moving too quickly to shut the security screen door (locked from the inside) to my friends apartment... whoops... What happens on a rainy Saturday? Your son locks his bedroom door then shuts it behind him so you have to figure out how to get the darn thing open again.
