Worst auto shop I've ever dealt with. Drop my car off And Did not hear back from them till 3 days later. Miss 3 days of work because they are horrible communicators. I called about 20 times to get updates on the car and they would tell me some BS lie Or they would just hang up on me. Never got called to tell me the problem With my car. They just went ahead and started working on the car without telling me what the problem was. Overall do Not recommend this shop to anyone . Overpriced and unprofessionals . read more

They would just walk by her. When they finally helped her, they were so mean to her. I've had mixed experiences here. They did a good job repairing my truck, and I was satisfied with that work. However, my experience with my Mercedes air suspension was very disappointing. The airbag was repaired, but within a week it failed again. I was told it was a defective part and it was fixed a second time -- but the same issue happened again in the same spot within a week. I paid for the repair, and my car sat there for over eight months. Now it's undrivable in my backyard, and I still haven't received any refund or proper resolution. I went and brought my ford escape in the other day , had two nails in my tires , asked for them to be patched which they said they can do , but when I got my car back , I notice the new tire was way more dirty , so I asked myself let me see where they patched it , I couldn't tell just some white spots that looked like glue where I figured they would sike me out where the patch was made . Long story short I took a picture of of my tires before I took it in . And I had seen the difference not only that I had a different air cap then the one that's on now . I figured these guys were stand up , I'll be back tomorrow to confront the situation . They kept my tire and gave me one that's been used . read more

If I could put zero stars I would! Terrible customer service. I came in on 01/12/2025 because I had bought 4 new tires and wanted to get my rims switch to the NEW TIRES I had just bought. The minute I left the tire shop one tire had right away blew out. I then called them and let them know and was told to go back to get it fixed and I did however they were trying to give me a used tire but to me that was not fair what so ever because I had just paid $1600 for all 4 tires. I then was told they would order it and I'd be responsible for going half's with them. I went on about my day and left it as it. Once I got home I felt the need to check my other tires because I no longer trusted them. And when I did unfortunately I found that one of my back tires were PLACED INSIDE OUT!!! The risk they put me through is not okay at all. This is the first review I've ever made and I'm glad I'm doing it because this is not acceptable at all. None of these workers know what the hell they're doing because when I got the new one placed they then had to take it off AGAIN because it was placed incorrectly. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I would not recommend. Please go to the other tire shop across the street that's usually where I get my tire work done and NEVER AGAIN will I trust this tire shop after this horrible experience!! read more

My trucks car caps were stolen by the Mechanics - called the owner about the problem and he wouldn't investigate or even let us watch us the video camera of when that happened. They're thief's and can't be trusted. read more

Found these guys on one of my delivery route and one day I decided to stop in for a nail in tire. They patched it fast and proper. Waited probably only 25-30 at the end of the day for them. They work fast and are helpful. Second visit needed a oil change and they got right to it. Highly recommend these guys over a "big" company any day for all my car needs. read more

My dad requested a tire for his car and he called to doublecheck if said tire had arrived. They stated twice over separate phone calls that the tire had arrived and they had the time to put it on the car. He went twice and each time he drove over they stated that the tire hadn't arrived. Super unprofessional, they never wrote the order down, nothing. Don't recommend if you're a new client. Probs good with their usual, but if it's your first, just be wary. read more

Pu the wrong oil filter which caused the oil to hemorrhage and seize up my engine. Didn't fix damage. Owner tried to scam Auto Zone telling them that the oil filter failed when he knew his mechanic put the wrong size oil filter. Horrible experience!!!!! No integrity. read more

After 3 months the tire fell off. 2 days after having it fixed again because it was under warranty the truck was making a weird noise, after looking more closely the tire was missing a lug but. Took my 2007 Nissan Sentra to get the soak plus replaced, everywhere else quoted my over $400 and later rose to over $600 -$700 when we found out it was an oil leak that had caused the spark plugs to go bad. Adam and the guys at Munoz Tires fixed it for less than anyone else and faster than anyone else! They helped me out on a day when most business were closed due to a political protest, because of this I'll be taking my cars to be repaired and maintained to Munoz Tires from now on. read more

One star only because I can't rate lower. You would think a tire shop would know not to put a 245 with a 255 but this batch of untrained monkeys do not care. I purchased a used tire cause hey need a tire and it was cheap, but cheap usually means crack and sure enough that's what I got. Now I have to rebuild my rear differential because of these untrained monkeys. Now that 40 dollar tire just turned into a few hundred. Will never, ever go back to this shop, well can you even call it a shop? read more

The worst place ever!!!!!! The kept telling me that they were getting a part for my car and that it would be done the next day. After 10 days of thier excuses I went to pick it up and the original parts to roll up the window were missing. They propped up my window with a stick and said go ahead and take it but its not fixed because you would not leave it. I went off on them that it had been there 10days with the same story every day that the part was on its way. Obviously they dont understand what the next day is!!!! They also left grease all over the car without cleaning. I also had another vehicle I took there before and had a similarly worse experience. Never again!!!!! Had the worst experience ever at this place and do not recommend anyone family or friends to ever come to this place... my boyfriend went to get a muffler welded and had to take it back to get it rewelded to fix their lazy work.. also a man named Jacob told me and my boyfriend he was going to place his car inside the shop because of the type of car it is so we decided to pass by late at night around 8:30pm and we found the car outside with the windows down with the steering wheel on (it clips off) unlocked, with car parts in the back.. we immediately called Jacob and he said he was on his way to put it inside... they told us yesterday they would have the car ready today around 10am because Jacob said that was going to be the first thing he was going to do in the morning and now at 3:47pm the car is not ready.. Had my ac compressor and the hose that goes with it done here and they didn't flush my condenser like they said they would and that your suppose to do and to top it off they did some type of bypass with the wiring harness for the ac, now I'm getting high pressure ac codes because of the bypass they did and will eventually have to be done all over again! read more

I have brought 3 vehicles here and every time I have had to claim warranty and this last time has been absolutely terrible I had a clutch installed in my car when I picked it up it worked fine the next day my clutch went out on the 10 freeway with my kids in the car sent it back to them and they have done nothing but put me off every time I call they tell me to call back in 20 minutes and the last time I called they put me on hold and WENT HOME!!!! LIKE WTF kind of customer service is that?!?!? I just paid them $700 and they treat me like that. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER. read more
