Very misleading "sale"!!! So check your cart carefully before completing your purchases! Hi Paul - thanks for the quick response. I think you are missing my point and perhaps I wasn't clear enough. I am fine with this discount not applying to already discounted items and I understood that prior to attempting my purchase. Where I have an issue is where you refuse to apply the discount to items that are not marked as already discounted. That is misleading and in my opinion a very poor business practice.

When the boat for us showed up Darren answered any questions we had. He speaks with few words and doesn't embellish or pretend to know everything about everything. What I'm saying is that you can tell he's telling the truth. On our test drive we had a small problem that Darren quickly diagnosed with a ballast tank. When we arrived back at the shop he sent us out for lunch while he fixed the problem. With the problem fixed Darren sent us home saying, "You're going to love this boat. Once I found this place I vowed I would never go anywhere other than Sorensen Marine. Tim is easy to talk to and will take the time to walk you through possible scenarios to whatever may be wrong with you boat. Depending on your ability to fix things yourself you can choose to have him make the repairs or he can give you enough detail to fix the problem yourself and sell you every part you need. I spent 2 hours at his shop and left with not only a fully operational boat but a brain full of tips and know how for other future projects (winterizing, tilt installation, installing a bank battery). He works hard to keep people's boats running efficiently and running for as long as possible. While I don't want to go back to fix any new issues on my boat soon, I look forward to the next time I can talk engines with Tim. He is reliable and dependable and worth every penny.
