Our objective was to see how often and how we would use a boat. After a season, we decided to buy a Cobalt boat. We had stayed in touch with Shane over the last year. Once we decided it was time to move forward, he worked with us to build the boat we wanted. The team at SBC has made it an easy transaction. We just received our new R6 Surf. From Shane in Sales to Tony at SkyLaunch and Tommy the Delivery Captain it has been a great experience. Tommy sent me a library of videos to review prior to delivery and then did the on water boat orientation and walk through. He took me through all the systems and how they worked. In general, SBC sells and services high-end boats. They provide a concierge type experience. There are always staff around to answer questions and help you with any issues. They are definitely a higher-end dealer and it is not the low cost place. However, they provide the service and facilities that goes along with the price. Highly recommended.

We didn't even have to dock our boat, just get close enough for one of the staff members to hop on. The staff was awesome at walking us through the safety information and made sure that we got the most for our rental time. They were super friendly and ensure that you are prepared for a fun day on the water. A few things to mention, they did not have rentals for tubes or wakeboards, so if you want to do those activities you'd have to buy your own before hand. The shop also advises you to be 30 mins early for your reservation, and I would recommend doing so, as the safety demo will ebb into your rental time.

I had a reservation with this rental company, but on the day of my rental, the weather turned bad,…read moremaking it unsafe to be on the water. I called in advance and politely asked if my morning reservation could be moved to the late afternoon. The manager told me they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate the change. While on the phone, I checked their website and saw that all time slots were available. When I pointed this out, she still refused to help and insisted that I either use the jet ski or lose my money, regardless of the weather conditions. Since they couldn't assist me, I decided to go to the location to avoid losing my money. I completed all necessary safety paperwork, but my credit card was declined multiple times for the $2500 damage deposit. The manager said she couldn't rent the jet ski without this deposit and offered me a gift card for a future rental or the option to cancel without a refund. I eventually managed to get my card to work and paid the security deposit, which took about 30 minutes. By the time I went to see my jet ski, the weather had worsened with rain, wind, and distant lightning. I decided it was unsafe to go on the water and returned to the manager to request the gift card she had offered earlier. She then claimed she couldn't issue it due to their 7-day cancellation policy, despite having offered it just 10 minutes earlier when my card wasn't working for the deposit. She reiterated that they had no weather exceptions and that I had to use the jet ski or lose my money. I expressed my safety concerns and refused to go on the water. I noticed that all the jet skis were still available at that time. The staff, especially the managers, were very rude. Ultimately, I didn't use the rental, and my money was wasted due to their poor management and customer service.

Rented a boat for a few hours with friends…read more The boat was clean and easy to navigate. We did a loop of the north end of lake Washington to the 520 bridge and back in 3 hours. The boats are slow, but it makes for a nice relaxing ride. Parking can be a little hard to find in the area, find a spot that covers enough hours for your boat ride.

There is one bathroom and two changing rooms with lockers within the changing shack. We did add rose petals and eucalyptus Epsom Salt The boats run well and had no mechanicals issues whatsoever ever. There is room for for 6 adults in one boat, how we husband and I both noted it would have been as comfortable with two more people (we only had 4 in our party). 4 adults allows you to stretch out comfortably so nobody is impeding on another's personal space. We went 8-10pm and that was amazing because we had lots of daylight and then a gorgeous sunset decide floating back in, in the dark. The boats have blue light strips and that looks nice at nice! Great choice for out of town guests to experience the beautiful weather, sunsets. Extra long summer evening and a scenery with a fb post :) This business is consistently a guest fav Very unique. We recently booked Hot Tub Boats with our friends for a triple date day out, and we had a blaaasssttt! I was the only one of us out of six who had done it, so it was so fun getting to introduce them to Hot Tub Boats. Upon arrival they asked if it was anybody's first time, and as mentioned it was, so they gave us a 10% discount and free epsom salt soak which was so nice of them and totally unexpected. They got us back into the locker room quickly to pack up all of our stuff and get ready to head to the boats. After a quick safety demo we were out! It's so fun to bring along some snacks, refreshing beverages, and hang out on the lake on a nice day with friends. It was so cool seeing several sea planes landing and taking off! My only complaint is that two hours on the boat goes waaaay too fast. But that just gives me an excuse to book again. :) 10/10 do recommend checking them out if you haven't, it's the perfect day out!

My husband is a huge Sleepless in Seattle fan and the highlight of the evening was passing the floating house. The food was amazing. Everything was farm to fork fresh and prepared by a chef onboard. I highly recommend the crab cakes and homemade bourbon ice-cream. The pace of the evening was lovely, it didn't feel rushed or lagging. You could tell Mark worked hard to make sure that our experience from the moment we stepped aboard was seamless. We rented two jetski for the day(4 hour rental) and a facilitator to help us(Osbourne, definitely…read morerecommend him). Because a few incident happened and he was super helpful on them. At first we got there a little late due to traffic, but Osbourne greeted us nicely and helped unload the jetski into the water and such. After we met up with our group at the beach, our first group got on and that's where the incident happened. They got too excited and turned the engine on where it was too shallow, and to no surprise it caught rocks into the propeller of the jetski, which caused that jetski to be unusable. Because of that, we could only use one jetski, but Osbourne was kind enough to contact his company to send out another jetski so our group don't have to be waiting on only one, also there was no extra charge at that point(tho I don't think that could always be the case depending on the damage on the jetski each have caused). But all in all, I'll definitely recommend paying the extra cost for a facilitator, also highly recommend Ohana Kai Watersport for rentals. Aside from the incident, we all had a good time and very much enjoyed the experience. Thank you Osbourne and Ohana Kai Watersports :)

I LIVE ON THE ISLAND AND JOINED THE COUPLE ON MY BOAT FOR A TOUR AROUND THE LAKE. Be nice to hard working people. STOP THE FRAUD.
