I explained the car issues I was dealing with and he clearly explained how long each repair would take and the expected price range. There was no upselling, pressure, or intimidation -- just honest, transparent communication. When my car was in the bay he even showed me the issues under the hood and explained why certain repairs mattered. What really stood out was Danny saying I didn't have to do all the repairs at once -- or even do them there -- only that they needed to be addressed/repaired to keep myself and my car safe. Im the kind of guy that is able to fix things like this but hard to do from so far away. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic especially so far away. Not only was he able to come out and diagnose the problem the same day but he was able to order parts and repair it quickly. It was a tough starter change due to the location and having to remove the manifold ect. I know because ive done it once already and its a very complex repair. The parts cost more than anticipated due to the extra gaskets and coolant needed and he still honored the original quote. We gave him extra because of all the extra work he did. He topped off her break fluid, air in the tires, gave it a once over to make sure that it was tip top shape. Also gave my daughter an education on her car. Even took pictures of all the parts and video of it running smooth. As a father it puts me at ease knowing that I can call him in the future I wish I had mechanics like him closer to me. Got me in and taken care of in just about 24 hours. They stay busy for a reason. The mechanics are very good at what they do. My car was making a noise I couldn't figure out and they had a few ideas what it could be and they explained it all to me before doing any work. I gave them the green light with what I could afford and it resolved my issue and they advised me what I should get done next when I can afford it. Since starting to use them, they have become to get out of control with what they charge. My check…read moreengine light was on and they used a diagnostic device to find out what the issue was. They didn't tell me what it said. Instead, they said it would 1-2 days to diagnose the problem and cost me $165 just for diagnosis. I went somewhere else and they were able to diagnose my issue using that SAME device in 10 seconds. They told me to come back tomorrow after they ordered the part and they would fix it for me for $175. They are no longer open on Sundays and are basically just ripping people off at this point. I will no longer be using them for any car repairs that I have moving forward. I used to recommend them to everyone I knew, but that is no longer the case.
