He asked for the make and model of my laptop and gave me a few options that would be the utmost convenient for me with minimal disruption to my work. The battery came in and unfortunately it wasn't a battery issue but that my laptop was well past it's prime and toast. I sent my chromebook for screen repair 2 weeks ago, the ower responded with a promise to repair in one hour with $160 estimate 2. Upon receiving the chromebook, he changed to color is different so new estimate is $240 and need to wait for the part, new estimate 1 week. Ok, I thought fine, that happens 3.
