We decided to completely remove the old Norcold piece of junk and replace it with a residential refrigerator. This is perfect for my situation as the 5th wheel setup as a retreat on our property with full hookups. Jim even knew the exact refrigerator to have me purchase and install. Jim came back on Monday morning and went to work. A few hours later the problem is solved even better than I could have hoped. This residential refrigerator has way more usable space in a much smaller footprint. I added a shelf unit to the gap from the old fridge and moved my nugget ice maker and air fryer. We needed a new roof on our 24 foot RV, our existing one had started leaking. We had gotten some phone estimates. He came to the house and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We had made arrangements for the next week, but Jim saw that rain was forecast for Tuesday. So he called us, came out that Friday, worked all day Saturday too, and a few hours on Monday to get it done before the rain! Thank you! While he was doing the roof, he replaced our fantastic fan, checked out the water heater, refrigerator etc, and installed a solar panel. The solar panel installation also included connecting it to the existing battery charging system, and that involved figuring out where to place the solar monitor. He worked with us really well. I am immune compromised, and was having active health issues, so we were being very careful about exposures. He was very accomodating and understanding. He was good about keeping his distance, and if we needed to be closer to discuss issues, he wore a mask. Thank you Jim! read more

I called Jim regarding two of my bedroom vents slowly leaking with water drips. One vent initially developing into a second leaking vent. He asked questions and explained what he thought it might be. Response time was quick. He assessed the situation and was right on target. I needed a new roof. I had another mobile RV company reseal the roof a couple months ago. The same company who installed my new air conditioners. Jim found the problem once he took off the rear air conditioner. He explained where the leak was coming from. the previous RV company installer should have seen the problem when replacing the air conditioner and should have caulked the leak area. It was a large hole. If I hadn't had this work done soon my bedroom walls would be affected with bowing and mold. Jim text me photos of the stages of the roof work. The end result was excellent!! All my family thought Jim had done a really nice job. I decided to have my porch canopy cover replaced too since the fabric was falling apart. Looks really nice. I came back from a weekend in the desert and blew a tire on my 2001 Jayco, 28 foot motor home. The shredded tire tore out a storage bin, light, and electric receptacle - plus my awning is/was either broken or damaged.
