I found this business on Yelp after posting an ad and decided to reach out based on the positive reviews. I really regret it. I helped coordinate everything for my partner to get his back window replaced before a trip, and we paid Josh around $400 upfront via Zelle. He confirmed multiple times that the job would be completed on time... but it never was. After that, communication became inconsistent and unprofessional. We've asked for a refund several times and have been completely ignored. It's incredibly frustrating, especially since we trusted him based on Yelp. Josh's crew replaced the windshield in our 2016 Honda Osyssey. He quoted one price but when it was done, it was more. I asked why and he said that they had to replace the window moulding. A couple of days later the window moulding starting coming off while driving on freeway. I had to stop and tape it. I called several times and was promised that they would come back out and fix it. They never did. Then, he actually told me to call his installer directly to come fix it. He never returned my call either. I ended up taking the moulding off and come to find out that first, the moulding was not new. Second, the clips that held the molding in place were broken and they tried to glue it back in, which failed. I ended up having to remove the broken clips, clean the moulding channel, buy new clips, attach the new clips with adhesive and then re-attach the moulding. I don't appreciate being charged for something that wasn't done and then, having to spend my time and money to fix it correctly. Do not use this company. read more

Josh has far too many negative reviews for customer service. I am surprised this company has such a high rating. If you get good service, then good. However, be warned that before any service is due, your credit card is charged. I paid up front nearly $400 for a windshield installation and on the same day started to question this company's ability to deliver. Cancelled the order within a few hours but then discovered Josh charged my card. No answer or replies to calls for days afterwards. Had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charged. This was recently resolved. Credit card company said this company was under investigation. Looks as though this is operating out of an apartment. read more

Josh apparently has a history of charging credit card and not refunding over charges. I have seen another post with a similar problem. Joshua confirmed our price out the door to be $390.00 for a window replacement (all details provided make model, pictures ) when his installer arrived he tried to up charge adding on $60.00. We then agreed on original quote for $390.00 and I sent Zelle payment as agreed for $390.00 and he also charged my credit card $450.00. He now refuses to refund my charges and has been avoiding my calls. I would not use someone so untrustworthy with credit card information. read more

I am very pleased with the service I received with these guys. I got one of my back windows smashed in and had trouble finding a business that had the glass for my car. Thankfully Josh was able to find it! Josh was very communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process; updating me on the whereabouts of my glass. The technician Francisco did a superb job replacing my glass. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and efficient. The service started at 10:30 and I was on the road by 11:07! As a woman sometimes it can be scary trying to find people you can trust with your car services but I can ensure there is nothing to fear with these folks! I called for a windshield replacement and spoke to Josh. He stated he would be able to come out and fix it, but needed the card on file and confirmed it wouldn't be charged until after the replacement, thinking this was a legitimate business I gave him the card info. Afterwards, he ended up saying he couldn't get it done that day, so I let him know I did not want to make a purchase with them, yet he charged my card $440. Which btw I got for at Sam's Auto shop for $260 and it was done the same day. I called mobile window shields and beyond, asking why I had been charged and he acted like he said it would be charged and that he already submitted the refund anyways. He stated it would take 3-10 business days to return to my account. It has now been 3 weeks and he wasn't picking up my calls but he picked it up once and stated that he sent the refund but the bank would not accept it. I told him come on that isn't true why one earth would my bank not accept money. He just tried running me in circles and kept ignoring me when I asked for proof of the refund being submitted. I have now filed a dispute with my bank and plan on taking this as far as I can until this guy gives me my hard earned money back. I was shocked later that day to find that my credit card had already been charged for services NOT RENDERED. I am a senior lady and was forced to cancel my credit card and start a claim because the owner would not remove the charge for services not performed. BEAWER!! this guy Joshua is a scam artist. Just pay a little extra and get it done professionally. My girlfriend found this guy's number on Google and they did such a horrible job. The windshield is not sealed properly nor installed right and the wind is rushes through when she drives. He claims a lifetime warranty but every time we call he hangs up on us. Do yourself a favor and just get it done professionally even if it cost a couple bucks more. He was super pushy on the phone and insisted on being paid upfront with no invoice. Make sure you get an invoice from him he will come up with all kinds of excuses why he can't give you one and even lie to you that he has family emergency. Joshua seemed anxious at first. Told him needed repair done at 3pm or later (on Monday). Set up appointment for Wednesday. He texted me Wednesday asking if his guy made it to my house. Replied I don't know and that I told him I said 3 or later. Said he will check if his guy can make it. Never heard from him again. Even after texting him twice. We called Josh and he took my credit card before he would agree to send anyone out to see if they could help us. He charged my card $440- the amount quoted for the needed repair. The tech came and said he couldn't help us. I texted with Josh and he said he would refund the $440. A couple weeks went by and i got my next bill. The charge was on it but no refund. I texted Josh and he had blocked me so I called him from another phone number and he acted as if he had processed the withdrawal but he would check on it again. He then unblocked me and texted to confirm the amount. A few more days went by and I checked my card- still no refund. I texted him again and he told me he couldn't do it and I would have to call my credit card and have them do it. So after lots of wasted time credit card company reversed the charges. Not exactly sure what impact caused the initial crack, but I first noticed this long, curved crack last Friday. By Monday, the crack grew and so I did a quick search and the Mobile Windshield Business came up first and I was surprised by the prompt answer and scheduled for the repairs to be done right at work. Very poor customer service from this company. I sent pictures of the project to Josh and gave him the information. His tech arrived in a bad mood and refused my request to park in a parking space (I live in a HOA community) saying he needed free access to his truck. I agreed and said he could park where he wanted. The tech then asked for me to raise my garage door, which I also refused due to HOA rules. The tech would have needed to walk 10 extra steps to the side door of the garage, but he refused and said he was leaving the job and for me to call his boss. I tried setting up another appointment while my truck was at an exhaust shop but I was ignored. I went with another mobile glass company for much less and had no issues whatsoever. I wouldn't want someone with a bad attitude coming back to work on my vehicle, anyway. read more

Super quick service! My windshield got dinged on Friday. I didn't notice until the weekend. I tried calling a shop near our house in Pomona, but it took an unreturned voicemail and a day or two of texting back and forth without a solid appointment before I decided to try elsewhere. I'm so glad I did! I called Joshua Tuesday morning and they were able to get a technician to meet me at work in Fullerton just a couple hours later. The fill process took less than 20 min! The chip is still visible, but it's been filled and is smooth to the touch. Joshua reassured me that that's how it works, like a scar after the doctor stitches you up.
