DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - ITS A SCAM!!!! If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. They are crooks. They guarantee their work (sounds good) but then their technician came out did the repair and then left without issuing a receipt. 2 weeks later our windshield split back open and the crack is now 3x the size. I called and was told without the receipt our warranty is void. I was told they have no record of where their guys go to service customers vehicles. He claims to be brokering people from Texas though he has a Fullerton address and his address is an apartment. This is a total scam. I'm going to check into this guys license to do business, report him to the Better Business Bureau and to Placentia PD. read more

From my first conversation with Joshua I thought It was going to be awesome the guy was willing to work with my schedule and at the price of $290.00 . After I hung up phone I called another guy in ELA that was able to do the same work for $75.00 I immediately called Joshua back with ample time notice that I was canceling work. ( First call to him was at 7am and called back at 730am ) so they never spend money on part for my car . The reason for the one star was pretty much based on his immature attitude as I was trying to thank him for fitting me in to his schedule the kid came out of him and just hung up on me ! I called on Friday to get the left passenger window replaced. Joshua said it'd be 180 and to call him early Saturday. Hurried me off the phone, but I imagine the company was busy. Called at 7:45am on Saturday and now he said they dont have the window and to check back Monday. No worries, a family member got the window from a pick a part place. Asked if he could do it if I have the window, and just said call Monday and hung up. I get business can be busy, and maybe he was having a bad day, but that was horrible customer service and put me in a bit of a bind. read more
