NEVER sign his papers, they are extremely vague and essentially say "we will give you a estimated time of delivery but if we are 3-4 months late, it's your fault, even though we keep taking more projects than we can handle and juggle them because it's a 2-man/woman shop. This has been confirmed by 2 attorneys. They will take your money and hold your work as hostage-ware until they get what they want from you even before delivering the actual product.
