H&M ended up actually not fixing my phone, but I cannot recommend them enough. I brought in an iPhone X with a very cracked and pretty unusable screen. Mohammed fixed it quickly and for a good price but for some odd reason, the phone just did not work with any 3rd party screens. Mohammed spent a lot of his time trying to get it to work, but I brought it to Apple and we figured out that only the original screen would work. So he put the original back on and fully refunded me even though he spent considerable time trying to fix the phone. 5 stars for doing the right thing and helping me figure out the best course of action for my phone. read more

I found these guys on yelp. They were fast, efficient and got the job done right. I'm happy about that and they saved my photos and my phone. I do wish they were a bit clear about the pricing. Over the phone they told me $89, then I go in and they say $95 and when I picked up the phone they said $100. It was annoying and If I wasn't in a hurry to get back home to my kids I would have pressed on this more but I let it go. Make sure you're clear about pricing before you go. Very suspicious of these positive reviews. 1: equipment is not OEM, and is in fact a really, REALLY bad substitute. Physically thicker than original screen, with gaps that accumulate dirt, and cracks easily (in my back pocket when I sat, which is pretty typical iPhone use). Worse, sensitivity is way off. Mistypes, phantom swipes, and worst of all, with active call or VM, screen flashes on and off, doesn't permit you to utilize screen at all to type numerals, or even just to hang up. Totally busted, maddening. 2. Mohamed is a nice guy (responsive), and I think he's really trying, but completely unqualified to perform fixes. Had to call him back twice, once when screen was completely mis-recognizing touches (total mayhem), another to fix the home button when Touch ID was rendered useless by second fix. Finally gave up, phone still totally wrecked, gonna go to Apple Store or another third party repair shop to try to get this fixed. I'd have been happier with the original cracked screen. read more

So convenient!! Loved the fact that they come to your house. Called right when they opened and they were at my house within 2 hours. Phone all replaced and good to go! I was in a rush to get out of town and I work remotely from home so I couldn't really leave and work at the same time. The saves me a lot of time!!! Love them!! I've had to replace phone screens before so I know what I'm getting myself into. The price is fair and service is excellent. The screen IS a little different but very light change than the original screen but you get into that lower price range with a third party screen only. It's not bad quality by any means but you will tell a slight baby difference. It won't affect any functions though, everything works perfectly. I for one skip the screen protector because my phone doesn't react well to it. I get the ghost messages and swipes and lag delay -- but that's happened to me with 70% of the other screen protector so that's why I pass. The regular screen fix was perfect for me! I visited the the K Street shop on May 19, 2019 to replace a cracked screen on my otherwise perfectly functioning iPhone 6. While there I decided to upgrade the original battery. The work was done quickly and politely. The cost was $148.50 including $10.00 for a screen saver. Within two days the battery began to fail and was completely unresponsive within five weeks. One entire side of the new screen popped up after two weeks of normal use, leaving a wide open gap the length of the screen. The iPhone is now unusable. Assuming good workmanship, this must be due to installation of grossly inferior replacement parts. Disappointing. read more

Very poor quality and will cost you in the long run when it stops working. I replaced my iPhone screen here and less than 6 months later the display stopped working and they refused to help me fix it. They said they only have a 60 day warranty, and when I asked how long the display is supposed to last they said forever, yet still did nothing! That is obviously not true from the poor quality of the parts. I did nothing major to it, no big drops, and it just stopped working. I had to pay them $120 for the original screen repair and then had to pay $200 to Apple now to fix H&M's bad part (Apple store confirmed), putting me out of more money than if I had just gone to Apple in the first place. Cannot emphasize enough how much I wish I just sucked it up and paid to go to Apple to save myself the headache and money. It seems like a good deal but don't do it! read more

Update: the new screen from H&M Fix was not the same quality as the original iPhone screen--it took a lot more pressure on the screen to text. I lived with this annoyance until it broke about six months later. I decided to take my phone to an Apple store this time and I'm so glad I did: the replacement screen was of the original quality and also comes with a replacement guarantee. Had I known that, I would have gone to the Apple store the first time. I'm revising my rating to four stars. In summary: the H&M Fix option is an imperfect solution if you just need an immediate repair, however, you're better off going to the Apple store for the quality of repair and warranty on the replacement. read more

Elman went above and beyond in resolving my phone damages, as well as also informing me of my burnt out battery. Typically the battery replacement at most places is $50+ but H&M FIX is a reasonable $45 and everything was done is less than 30 minutes. Amazing customer service and attention to detail.
