They can also vent scooters so we can try them it see if it is the right fit. They will bring the scooter to your home to try them. in our case fitting through doorways was important. We went in once to look and get information. Peter was extremely helpful, answering questions, letting me test the scooter(s) in which I was interested. We did not purchase that day. We went back a couple weeks later and did purchase a scooter. Peter helped us again, answering our remaining questions. He was kind and patient both times we interacted with him. What a fantastic experience! I called Mobility City and spoke with Peter for well over 30 minutes concerning repairs to my Mom's mobility chair. Her chair was "beeping" when in use. Peter was patient and extremely knowledgeable. After checking around, I called Peter back to set up a home visit to diagnose the 5-year-old chair. Daniel and Adrian showed up right on time. They also brought a replacement chair if the old was determined to be inoperable (no hard sales pitch at all). Both were professionally dressed, cordial and, experienced. Within a short time, they had the chair apart and determined it was time to replace the batteries. They also found the beeping was due to an issue with the joystick. Parts were immediately ordered. As such, the replacement chair was not needed and they simply took it with them. 12 Days later, the parts arrived and we scheduled install for the next day. Right on time, Daniel and Rodrigo arrived and promptly installed the new batteries and joystick. Mom tested it out and after a few adjustments, tightening the arms and such, she was good to go. I needed a wheelchair to transport my sis-in-law around, so I went to Google & Mobility City came up. I called and spoke to Peter. He informed me that they didn't carry some items on their website & gave me a quote for what wheelchairs they did have. We headed to their location. My husband and I spent several hours at this new mobility store. Peter, the owner and his employees were all so helpful and kind. One of his employees, Daniel, went above and beyond to help us. We were looking for a personal electric chair and we were able to try out several different models and brands. They even made an adjustment to two chairs so my husband could operate it with his left hand. We did end up buying an electric chair and are considering a lift chair. Exceptional Service! We recently purchased a hospital bed and power chair from Mobility City and couldn't be happier with our experience. The owner Peter and his staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect products for my Dad's needs. We were not sure whether my dad would want to rent a power chair before buying or buy one outright. Peter offered to deliver both the rental power chair and the higher end power chair we thought my dad would like with the delivery of the bed so that my dad could try out both at the same time. That was so helpful! We wound up buying the higher end chair. My dad loves it! The delivery was prompt, and the setup team was professional, helpful and efficient (both with setting up the bed and guiding my dad on the power chair features). I walked in two associates and owner are on the sales floor. One associate is with a woman helping her out with a walker and owner is helping a man with a rocking chair. The second associate was dazed and looking around. Noticed me a few mins after. The owner was rude and nasty. Didn't want to help me with wheelchairs, breaks and wheels. Maybe because I wasn't old so he didn't want to help? Whatever the case, this is the worst place and I will never send anyone here. read more

I recently visited Mobility City on Clairemont Drive to see what I could use that would help my husband carry things while using his walker. Peter Yi and staff were very helpful in showing me the options (like a bag and a cupholder) and they even installed the cupholder for us. Peter also suggested replacing the tennis balls we had put on his walker with the "skis" as they are a safer option. I brought the walker in the next day and they installed the skis on his walker. The store does it as a courtesy and does not charge for the skis or installation. They are located near the Ulta store, and TJ Maxx not far from CVS in Clairemont Town Square. They also can come to your home if needed. read more
