Used this location since original owner was merged after my vehicle purchased in 2009. Service under new company has been just be as friendly and satisfying. Took my lift van there to get diagnosed and repaired. They told me there was a circuit board that it went bad and they were no longer available but they can get one in their fort Worth store. They also quoted me 2900 for the repair. They are straight up crooks and rip offs. I had it diagnosed by another van repair place it was diagnosed as a bad relay. Did Total repair was $361.00 work's great now. I'll be talking to the Federal trade commission next and the better Business bureau. I'm also looking into suing them in small claims court for fraud and deception. You've been warned don't go there. read more

We purchased a new 2020 Toyota Sienna from Mobility Works on June 9th 2021 and we had problems from the moment we drove out of the service area, so we called and text Mobility Works before we departed the parking lot about the problems, they said to drive around so the system could reset. The center information screen had four problems indicated, 1) Headlight System Malfunction 2) Front Camera Unavailable 3)Lane Departure Assist Malfunction 4)Pre Collision System Malfunction Well the system didn't reset and as I looked over the areas they worked on I found the front bumper had not been reinstalled correctly and several screws were missing. The parking brake extension wasn't installed correctly and just flopped down hanging loose. A metal cover was on the floor, they had failed to reattach it after working in that area. As we continued to communicate with Mobility Works over the next few days Kyle with sales stated not my job contact service. When I talked to the service manager he again told us to drive around and it would reset. We are very displeased with the quality of service we received. We have resolved the problems ourselves, I found some screws in my shop, adjusted the bumper and fender to fit correctly, reattached the metal plate, tightened up the parking brake extension and stopped by a Toyota dealership service shop in Allen Tx they were happy to look at our problems and found the wiring connector had not been reattached when Mobility Works service reinstalled the bumper. This resolved all of the problems! read more

Excellent business these people are not just interested in selling you a handicap vehicle they make sure it will be EXACTLY what you need in EVERY aspect. Chris Goad was our specialist and him and the finance manager Mark bent over backward to help us figure out what we needed including bringing 3 vans out to our house to make sure we got one to fit our EVERY need. Worst store! I have to say that this place is pure scam towards the sales and service! Mike the service manager is absolutely clueless on how to handle service to the customer and is really rude to the disabilities. He's the kind of guy that doesn't wanna break a nail or dirty his paws when examining your vehicle. Paul the tech will damage and mess up your handicap ramps then gets lost on solving the issues. Paul will forget as well to put back all the electrical wires and circuits. Just leaving your van with him is a hazard!!!!Mark the GM is in fantasy island and will not help you in sales on a good deal for your family,most of these vans are damaged and parts taken to put in other vans. Mark will not help you in discussing the issues with mike for your service. There's other places to service your vans but not here! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

This is a very dishonest company. They sold my wife a used mobility van (a ford) with the lift not working and refuse to repair it and say it does work when it does not. The manager I've spoken for over three months had use been very bad on CS skills. My wife's mother needs this van to work and for mobility works to stand by there promise to repair the life if it fail to work. Please don't purchase and thing from these crooks. read more
