Did the pull test on the brisket and it responded perfectly. They even thru in a few burnt ends Ribs pulled from the bone easily and the finish was perfect. Coleslaw was just the way I like it, a little sweet and crisp. Beans were really good, they can be all over the place but these had the perfect finish of sweet and savory.
