I hired Jenny's Churros for our annual company picnic based on their Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. The churros were fresh, hot, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. And with the assortment of dipping sauces, the churros were a huge hit with my co-workers. They arrived on time, were set up shortly after that, and before long we could smell the aroma of fresh, hot churros. The representative from Jenny's Churros we courteous and efficient. Pros: excellent tasting, big hit with crowd, gave us all the leftover churros afterwards, reasonably priced. Cons: Initially it was a little difficult to get a hold of someone from the company (especially after 2 emails and a Facebook post, but eventually we connected and the communication increased after that.). And on a very minor note- someone made a mistake with my request for white chocolate dipping sauce and gave my double sweetened condensed milk dipping sauce. No matter, all the dipping sauces were a big hit. Bottom Line: I would absolutely hire Jenny's Churros again for a future event and tell all my friends about my positive experience with them. read more

I hired their service for a work party I planned and while the customer service was professional enough, their in person representation was a-w-f-u-l. I am still getting negative feedback from attendees, including my boss (!! so embarrassed). Upon arrival, one of the servers had a bad attitude and made me feel obligated to accommodate for his mood. After being extra cheery to lift his spirits, he was a little bit better, but then began to enjoy the party more than our guests and they even left the cart unattended at some point! Mind you, they were only hired for an hour... All in all, I understand that this may not be their "regular" service experience, but my review far from depicts how awkward and uncomfortable they made us feel. We hired Jenny to serve churros and ice cream at our wedding in June. They were a big hit and we were able to take home leftover churros too. They were priced super well and the quality was great. You should keep in mind that Jenny might not be a very responsive vendor. She only responded to emails and calls on Fridays. They delivered another 50 churro "party pack" to my work on friday and I was completely impressed!! The churros were warm, perfectly firm and sugary sweet just as I would have hoped! Had the pleasure of trying these Churros this weekend at a wedding party. They had 3 different types of churros and everyone loved them, it was a big hit with the guests. The guy serving the churros, was very professional, outgoing and just a nice guy and even took photos for people at his large cart chowing down them yummy churro. Many people went back for 2nd and 3rd's and these were not small churros and they had the perfect balance of sweetness and chewiness. Also, it takes about 30 minutes for him to get setup, the smell was driving us all crazy since he makes them fresh, so beaware of the wait time while your smelling some great nose candy :) read more

We really wanted churros and churros Mexicanos was already booked, and our venue wouldn't let us have a generator so we couldn't use churros Guerrero (both of these have better churros and better prices than Jenny's, and you can go taste for yourself for like $3) Jenny's charges $60 to taste their churros, so we just decided to trust the yelp reviews. My husband and I thought these churros were ok, but the guests loved them so that's good. I was not impressed with communication from the company after I paid my deposit (couldn't get them to reply to me, even when I wanted to order more churros and services) and wasn't happy to hear that the vendor was having my wedding guests go get him beers while he was attending the cart.
