New dessert shop on Steinway Street in the heart of Astoria! Great addition to New York City since there's nothing quite like it. They specialize in fresh mochi made daily and there's a huge variety. You can have it with cream which comes in regular cream flavored or other exotic flavors such as mango, yuzu, biscoff, cookies and cream, malt chocolate, strawberry, and matcha. There's also mochi balls that come dipped in different toppings like Oreo, Milo, and peanuts. And of course, there's gelato! Come in scoops with or without mochi. The flavors they offer are Dubai chocolate, mango, yuzu, salted caramel, matcha, Biscoff, and black sesame. Mochi aside, there's a wide selection of drinks - from milk tea to fruity drinks and they have matcha too! After eating, don't forget to try your luck at one of 3 of their machines for a cute plushie. You can also hang out here and paint a figurine. There's so many choices! Will definitely come here for my next hang out with friends. Can't wait to eat the mango gelato mochi and peanut mochi again!!! FYI - There are two restrooms available to customers.

Came with a couple of friend for dessert and we all got their signature gelato covered in mochi! We all got different flavors of Dubai Chocolate, Matcha, Vietnamese Coffee, and Ube. The mochi was soft and stretchy while the gelato was creamy and sweet! It's a nice contrast to the ones you get frozen in the supermarket since this was fresh mochi and soft ice cream. Overall a cute place for dessert as they also have some crafts you can do to while you enjoy your ice cream.

A great new addition to Astoria Steinway Street area. Mochi made by hand filled with light cream or gelato. The mochi was light and still had that chewy texture that is expected while the cream was airy and a delicious complement. Some opening day kinks to work out with ordering but definitely would come back

This is hands-down the best dessert spot in the area! Astoria does not have many dessert options so this is a great addition. Central location but even better gelato - that is made in-house! I'd highly recommend the black sesame, Biscoff, and matcha flavors and you have to get the mochi wrap. It's an absolute MUST!!! We also got their mango pomelo drink which they use fresh fruits. Besides desserts and drinks, they also have figurines that you can purchase to paint there and claw machines in the back. Try your luck in winning their signature Mochi & Cream plush or other plushies.

spacious gelato shop with games that you can play with. they had a variety of unique flavors like biscoff and ube which was nice and you have the option to have it wrapped in mochi. the staff was very nice and there was also the option to paint figurines like in color me mine. I had the best biscoff flavored gelato wrapped in mochi and it was great.

This is a brand new place on Steinway Street. I had a couple of friends visiting. They know a thing or two about mochi and I don't. I do now. This was incredible. I had the caramel mochi and cream and it was as good as a dessert can be. The staff was friendly too. I'll be back. Thanks.

Concept: cold gelato sandwiched between a hot sweet bun, with your choice of sweet sauces. Not instagrammable whatsoever. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture they have up. Looks more like a squished McDonald's hamburger where you can't see what is inside. All you see is bun. This concept doesn't work with a hot bun. Flavor profile of sandwich. Bun was sweet and clashed with the already sweet gelato. Didn't particularly like texture of bun. Even though I ate it right away, a warm bun with melting ice cream in between, just starts dripping all over my hands and arm, creating a sticky mess. Napkins alone couldn't clean off the stickiness. Had to find a bathroom to clean up. Pistachio flavor gelato was gritty in texture. This is a small outdoor window stall. No indoor or outdoor seating. Final note: Very disappointed that their advertised picture looks nothing like what you actually get. The idea of a hot bun with gelato in between doesn't work. People don't like eating drippy melted gelato. A plain scoop of sorbetto is pretty good. I'd recommend ordering that.

Unfortunately, unlike the other reviews, the staff was not as friendly and she seems to took awhile to get the order right (she had to re do it for mixing the flavors wrongly) but perhaps it's late afternoon on a hot summer day so she is having a difficult day. Remember to bring cash as there is a surcharge if you use credit card. I got in a cup so cannot comment on the cone or sandwich version. Great addition to flushing especially during the hot summer days!

The ice cream looks really good- wish i went when it was hot so I can try dark chocolate hazelnut, mocha chip, hazelnut, matcha, black sesame, pistachio, chocolate, chestnut, coffee, banana split & the fruit sorbets. I hope they have all these flavors when in spring/summer. 4/5 pistachio affogato- very strong like it's supposed to be, been wanting to try affogato for like 2yrs, never again, so strong, lol, if you can't handle espresso, I don't recommend it 3/5 rose latte- decent but there's no rose in it beside the rose petals, I don't think it should be called rose latte if the actual latte is not rose flavored 2/5 sweet potato latte- this is like a thick, slightly chunky sweet potato milk drink. No coffee/latte whatsoever, misnamed once again, I don't think anything should be called a latte if there's no coffee in it 2/5 Fresh strawberry cream donut $5.50- donut was kinda stale but the whipped cream is decent- tastes like canned whipped cream, the strawberries were decent too

Their bingsoo and gelato is pretty good, but I wasn't a big fan of their doughnut. The cream was nice and light and sweet, but the donut itself was a bit stale. We also ordered a few drinks that didn't really hit for me. Unfortunately, the rose latte only had rose petals but not actually flavored like rose. I did love how they have a Photo Booth in the back, which was a lot of fun.

While on a corner on a pretty busy street, the location seemed slightly obscure. No parking - just 2 or 3 spots in front of the establishment. We came mid-day on a gloomy Sunday in February...so we didn't have an issue parking right in the front. We were greeted by the friendly associate. There were lots of great-looking gelato flavors which the associate also allowed us to sample first (very kind). She was very patient with us and really seemed to enjoy working there. We're BIG hazelnut enthusiasts, so we each had one scoop of hazelnut flavor and one of the Rocher (hazelnut) flavor. They also had an amazing fig and honey gelato flavors which was absolutely delicious. They offer 4 sizes - kids' size, and then the usual - small, medium and large. The small is 2 generous scoops - and that's what we went with. The overall experience didn't disappoint at all; we thoroughly enjoyed the treat, my hubby had an espresso coffee as well (very good) and we got a kids cup of vanilla for our pup. The prices were also decent and for this type of experience, I will gladly support a small business. I definitely recommend checking out this little gem. Will return once the weather get warmer!
