Tried the peach green tea refresher and can confirm it is very refreshing! Wasn't too sweet but had a ton of flavor. Drinks like this are always a hit or miss for me but this was delicious! Would totally try another

Small little cafe, only seating outside. Tried their iced honey matcha, not bad and got the walnut baklava - it was sweet but paired well with matcha. Staff is friendly but they did forget to give me the walnut baklava until I asked for it. I'll go back again to try other pastries & their coffee when it's warmer and can sit outside.

Desserts. EXCELLENT. Both the Baklava and Galaktoboureko Cheesecakes were PHENOMENAL. One of the BEST Cafes around without the Social Media hype. RECOMMEND.

Oasis Cafe is honestly the best part of LIC. With their classic modern day atmosphere, it all feels comfortable. I've tried most of their sweet treats and if you're a sweet tooth looking for your next obsession, their desserts are delicious. I've tried their lemon and raspberry treats which were stellar. Come check this place out!

Adding this little bakery cafe to Yelp! I stopped by yesterday when I saw the brightly lit store in the evening when I was in the neighborhood and the baked goods looked really enticing. From some googling it looks like they are the latest location of a well-established bakery with a few locations in Astoria and Manhattan. On my way back from my errand I also noticed the sign for grand opening promotion free drink with purchase of an entremet/petit gateau cake so I thought, why not? It was hard to decide because honestly all the options looked good. In addition to the petit gateau style cakes, they had a few Mediterranean-influenced desserts like baklava, orange cake and I think knafeh(?), and single layered cake slices. Aesthetically would give 4.2/5 and value for the price 5/5. Staff was friendly, when I asked, they shared what the texture was inside a couple of the cakes. Maybe it was because they just opened but there were no prices listed for the petit gateaux and other items, the staff explained they range from $5.95 to $9.95 each. I didn't ask how much the entire cakes were. For the drink that came with the promotion, I got the maple cinnamon matcha (normally $5.95) since it looked like a pretty unique combination and I really loved it! The slight spice of the cinnamon and sweetness of the maple went well with the grassy bitterness of the matcha. I never would've guessed those flavors could work together, so glad I took a risk and tried it! The cakes I'm sharing with a couple friends later, so will be updating this review to keep everyone posted. *EDIT: shared the cakes with friends and they loved them, especially the Chocolate Perfection $8.95 - the chocolate mousse was light, creamy and not too sweet, and the crunchy bits on the outside plus cocoa cookie base added a nice texture. The Pistachio Cake $7.95 was good too, lighter in flavor--mostly a mousse cake with a little bit of regular cake inside on a shortbread cookie. The space is small so aside from a narrow counter against one wall, there's not a place to sit. Definitely a takeout place, unless you are there for a quick coffee or snack. No bathrooms.

Very cute new dessert cafe in the area! A bit pricey, the drink menu was not available when we went, and the service was a little slow, but I'm excited to come back when they are fully settled as they are so cute. I liked the variety of desserts they had, with most still being available in the evening. They were all so yummy and a lot bigger than you'd think so try to get couple and share with friends!! Welcome to LIC~

I stopped by this cafe during their Grand Opening promo (which I noticed through a sign on the street). Located right off of Vernon Blvd, this cafe is open until 12-1AM and offers not only great drinks but also cakes. They don't really have seating inside, but they do have some tables outside! I got their cloud foam macchiato, pistachio latte, and two of their cakes: the carrot cake and the napoleon cake. Everything was great! I loved their cloud foam macchiato and would definitely come back just for that. Their coffee is amazing. I also thought their cakes were good (definitely leaned on the REALLY sweet side, but I mean, it's cake haha). Would love to try their other desserts!

Simply the best pastries and sweets in LIC. We loved all the pies and pastries that we tried; they look as good as they taste! The iced coffee is good too, although we will have to wait for the cool weather to have their hot drinks. The only down side is the price which is more than Starbucks. But for the quality it's worth it. The service is hit or miss but they seem to hire young teens so that is probably to be expected.

So excited to have this dessert bar in the neighborhood - it's the perfect addition! Love the cute decor and the amazing variety, from the baklava cheesecake to the savory sandwiches. Seating's a bit limited, but this is definitely my new go-to spot.

New bakery Cafe in LIC, first day opening today 2/22/2025. I was very impressed from what I saw, for a first day opening it well stocked as if they been open for months. First impressions is everything and I appreciated that they were well prepared. The desserts look delectable and fresh. I tried the pistachio baklava and it was divine! Located one block from the 7 train, extremely convenient. They are open 7:30am - 12am Sunday- Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7:30am- 1am, I know, I know, amazing isn't it? I'm looking forward to try their array of treats and the sandwiches! Welcome to LIC !

The Oasis Cafe has several locations, and I appreciate the well-designed decor and the grab-and-go concept. There are a few tables and chairs outside, which is nice for a quick stop. I was grateful that the staff provided napkins, forks, and even packed everything neatly in a small box. I decided to try four different desserts, but unfortunately, I was really disappointed. Everything was overly sweet, much sweeter than what you'd typically find in the neighborhood. While I do appreciate the extended hours (as many cafes close earlier), the level of sweetness was a bit concerning, especially for my kids. I hope that in the future, there will be options with less sugar to cater to a wider range of tastes. Overall, I think there's potential, but I'd love to see a more balanced selection of treats.

You've got a long, dark wood bar behind a long dark haired bartender in tight black clothes. These walls are lined with glowing television screens showing sports games like the damn Jets that everyone is paying attention to but me. When i walked in there's a guy sitting by himself at the bar in a khaki shirt, staring down at his hands or his phone, looking completely miserable while light bulbs that were hanging from the ceiling in what looked like metal cages were tearing at my retina. (In all fairness, i do have an eye issue). That's what people do it seems to me, they pay money to go sit in a dark room with and feel lonely, together. Its free at the county lock up and if you drink and drive, step right up and blow because your taking the ride to central booking. I know nothing about this. Then I looked over at the bar top and they've got these fancy beer glasses filled up to the brim, a cool dark draft beer in a pint and a Stella Artois in a chalice, it was sitting right in front of me but it wasnt mine. I beckoned the bartender to "let me have the same". Reflections of glowing televisions illuminated by neon blue lights and rows of prettu liquor bottles above me and more beers being passed around to my right and to my left. Outside, it's completely packed under these warm hanging lights, full of people crammed together in the dark. I noticed that lot of guys wearing baseball caps and that is so prole, leave the baseball hat at home, your an adult, dress like one. They're was even a guy wearing a cowboy hat standing around drinking his beer, talking loud. I wore a cowboy hat once, i was seven years old. It just drives me crazy. The whole place is just sports screens, wooden bar stools, hanging bulbs, and a bunch of phonies trying to forget how depressed they are. It really is.

The staff at reception and at the table were attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Food-wise, we tried the Kung Pao calamari and wagyu meatballs after seeing other reviewers rave about them, but both felt a little gimmicky to me. Our group mostly stuck with more traditional brunch items, including breakfast burritos and omelettes, and those were fine. Overall, I would not necessarily come here just for the food, but I would recommend it for the atmosphere, service, and special-occasion vibe. It is a great spot if you want a pretty setting, good hospitality, and plenty of photo-friendly areas.

The exposed brick, greenery and neon "Let's Do Brunch" sign give it a fun vibe and make for some great pictures. It was quite busy when we were there, which wasn't surprising given its popularity. Our server, Syriah, was very good. She was friendly, attentive, made recommendations from the menu and even took our group photo for us -- and got a good one! We really appreciated her service. The food was good, although I wouldn't say it was exceptional. I've had better brunch food at other spots, but everything I had was enjoyable and nicely presented. I tried the mimosa flight, which was definitely fun and Instagram-worthy. The drinks were a little sweeter than I personally prefer, but Tropical Sunset was my favorite of the flight. And I have to mention the funniest part of the whole experience: before brunch, my Sorority sister kept texting me, "Let's do brunch." I kept responding, "Okay, WHERE?" She finally had to explain that LET'S DO BRUNCH was the name of the restaurant! So the place had us laughing before we even arrived. The chicken was flavorful and the waffles soft and fluffy. I am a Well Done Beef Warrior and the steak was well done without being dry and tough. We didn't love the cheesesteak eggrolls much as they were oily and had a weird aftertaste. Wouldn't order that but would absolutely go again for the mains. I got there early to snag a table, and the team was already hard at work with nearly the entire beergarden packed with fans. The hostess Jenna was an absolute rockstar all night - I don't think she stopped moving or smiling! Not only was she seating guests with poise and insane amounts of charm, but she was also running food and drinks to make sure guests weren't waiting for their orders - in fact, despite there being more than 250 people in the beergarden, we never waited more than 4 minutes for drinks and 12 minutes for food which is pretty impressive given how busy they were inside and outside. We were served by Lana, who legit might have been the nicest, friendliest, most engaging server I have ever met in New York City, and I am not being overly dramatic here. She handled her insanely large section with aplomb, took the time to actually learn our names and address us by names when asking if we wanted to order anything, checked in on us every few minutes even if we did not need anything, and despite likely being tired from all of the guests, the running of food and drinks, and the hustling, she was cracking jokes all night through her radiant and starry smile, and making our group feel like the most important people there despite the fact that we were just three regular dudes enjoying a basketball game. Her attentiveness and personality alone are worth requesting to sit in her section at all times. Food was solid on this trip - our table ordered a half-pound burger which was cooked and seasoned perfectly (came with fries and toppings), mozzarella sticks which were piping hot with a nice crunch on the exterior, waffle fries (had to get them again they were too good last trip), and honey BBQ wings, which although they weren't very meaty (not their fault since I am assuming they didn't butcher the wings in-house - could have just been a lean batch from the supplier), the sauce was addictive and delicious and I found myself dipping everything we ordered into it so it wouldn't go to waste - order the Honey BBQ! All beers came out cold and rapidly (Cobblestones uses plastic for half liter beers when the beergarden is saturated with guests, just be prepared for that - makes sense because of the volume). The rest of the staff was incredible given the chaos. Beergarden manager Pete made it a point to check in on us a couple of times and was very appreciative of all of the guests coming for the game, and you can tell he steers the ship effectively because everyone in the beergarden was focused, attentive, and in the zone during what many bars would be challenged to handle. One final thought - my two friends who came with me (who are NOT "let's go out drinking at night" type of guys) asked me when we are coming back for a Friday or Saturday night - they loved the atmosphere, loved the friendly service from Lana, and loved the food and drinks. The answer? very soon! Thank you Cobblestones!
