Mochinut is located across from Woodland Mall in a strip mall with its own parking lot, which makes visiting quite easy on a rather overwhelming street. We have been there twice. During our first visit, they did not have any donuts available, so I was not able to try anything. When we went back this past weekend around 6 PM, they only had two donut options left, so the selection felt limited at that time of day. We tried the red velvet and the classic mochinut and both tasted good. I just wish there had been more variety to choose from to get the full experience so I plan to stop by again one more time but earlier in the day to get a better sense of their full menu. Overall the flavors were good and the seating area is a nice feature even though we did not use them.

I stopped in to check in out on my way home and I'm so glad I did! Super cute inside. The staff was all very helpful and the food came up super fast! The menu is slightly confusing because there are so many different options. There's a ramen bar, different Korean corn dogs, ice cream, drinks and donuts. The lady behind the counter was really helpful with helping me decide what to order. I will definitely be going back to try the ramen!

Recently went to mochinut to try them out! They're located right on 28th street near the Woodland Mall. They have a parking lot and is easily visible from the street. The restaurant is decently small but was not busy when we went. The staff was really friendly and very kind. There was little to no wait for anything that we ordered. They have a lot of savory food but I did not get any on this visit. The mochinut itself was good. It was fun and the icing wasn't too thick and it wasn't too sweet. I appreciated the toasted marshmallow. The soft serve was decent, definitely not the highest quality but hits the spot on a hot day. The prices for the mochinuts were really reasonable so I'd definitely come back again for one.

I enjoyed the consistency of these donuts! Drinks and hotdogs were delicious as well. I'd definitely recommend getting some dipping sauces for the ramen and potato dogs if you don't get sugar on them. There are two places to order via the front register or kiosk. If you ordered multiple things (hotdogs, drinks, donuts), the staff call out your order number once each part of your order is ready so be ready to listen for that. Love how close this is to me and I can get my mochi donut/hot dog fix with ease!

Chicken wings were good and warm temperature. With a self help sauce station for dipping options. The wing were good plain. I prefer dry rub or crispy wings. Did try the mochinut sauce. It's savory and tastes great. There's a little wait time even when you see no other in store customers. The staff (though nice) need to be explained explicitly so be careful and be aware what you ask and what you say (They don't recommendation or suggest on how to save money when buying. FYI. They are not actively listening to you). The air is a little stuffy but open seating and good lighting atmosphere. Also have warnings signs not to dispose liquids in trash but don't suggest where to toss the waste. While visiting we purchase these items: Vietnamese tea with fruit jelly is a little twist but refreshing, espresso dense and flavorful as expected. We also purchased the potato tornado. Nothing spectacular here. Some crispy chips and some soggy potato slices too. The mozzarella cheese dogs are large and will fill the largest of corn dog appetites. The boba and wings was the best part. If I "had too go back" I'd just order the wings and tea. Combos only available ONLINE ONLY. Save your money order online if you must visit.

We're so glad we got to celebrate Mochinut's opening weekend! They had done a great job promoting their event, because the order line was out the door the whole time we were there. We tried their potato mozzarella corndog, milk boba tea, and a selection of their mochi donuts; everything was delicious! The donuts were soft and fluffy, and the corndogs were warm with lots of cheese. We only wish they had a selection of Korean sauces to put on top of our corndogs--this would've really elevated the taste. What was really cool is they had a ramen station where you can pick your own flavor and make it with your selected toppings. We're looking forward to coming back here in the future and we hope they do well as they settle into the Kentwood community!

Buttery batter and fluffiness of a croissant in the shape of a waffle with whatever toppings you want. They have a variety of flavors for people who like it plain, honey, chocolate, fruit, etc. Their boba is also very good. Some might think it's just sugary milk with some tapioca balls, but there's is spot on for someone who has the nostalgia of a good milk tea boba. Cups aren't flimsy which is a bonus for all drink lovers and the inside atmosphere was inviting with games, plenty of seating, and clean bathrooms.

They also have so lunch type options rice, noodles, entrees and Korean croffles which seem like a Korean waffle pastry kind of thing. I got a mango boba tea and the pad Thai with chicken. I could hear him cooking it and could smell it. I had high hopes. It came out in about 5 mins with my tea. Seemed like a small portion. Swimming in sauce and a bit of chicken. Looks were disappointing. Started to eat it and it hot and had lots of noodles but was salty and a lot of sauce. Too much. Mango fruit tea was good. Overall for price and reviews I thought it was just meh. Not a lot for my overall $22 spend with tip. I'd try someplace else.
