Meh. It was fine. I had never tried this type of donut before and they were okay. I got a raspberry, hubby got a chocolate crispy, and son got sprinkles. The donuts themselves have a funnel cake taste to them along whatever flavor/filling you get. If that sounds like your jam, go for it. Service was pleasant and quick. Place was clean and quiet when we were there.

Corn dog with cornflakes, combo with tater tots

We arrived with our "free item" coupon, expecting to just try a corn dog and leave. It was clever marketing because we ended up ordering round 2! We started with the potato coated corn dogs - 1 each of white potato and sweet potato. They both had a dusting of sugar. Not too overpowering, just a little sweet, and served with their house sauce. They were fresh from the fryer and very tasty. We ended up going back to the counter for more corn dogs, and ended up making one of them a combo with drink (cherry berry) and tater tots. The woman at the counter was so kind, patient, and helpful. Our food was served in just a few minutes - they make the corn dogs after you order. The drink was very sweet and reminded me of melted popsicles in the summer time. Tots were hot and crispy. Overall a nice lunch!

The food was great, especially the lemon-filled doughnut ball. I ordered the Mochi Lover Combo, which cost $14 and some change. After upgrading to boba, the total came to $16. Overall, it was a tasty treat that reminded me more of a fair experience than a regular meal, making it appealing for those seeking something unique. The mozzarella-filled corn dog, coated in cornflakes, was delicious. However, I was surprised to find that the mozzarella only filled the top half of the corn dog; I expected it to be layered throughout. Regardless, the mozzarella was tasty and smooth. I also ordered Yum Yum sauce but only used a little since the corn dog itself didn't need much enhancement. The order did take a bit longer, possibly due to heating the oil, but the gentleman at the register was helpful in explaining how to place my order. I would definitely consider returning, but only if I was in the mood for something tasty and different. The boba was made on-site and served in a cool can.

We've been waiting for this place to open and here we are! A good variety of Mochinut's to choose from, but alas, can only have so many at a time. There is a rewards program that I signed up for and after ordering Ube Boba and a 3 pack of Mochinut's we have 40 points....every 100 points is $5 off. Everything tastes great and will eventually try most of them : - )

So happy to see they have a location here. The donuts are yummy and have creative flavors! The staff was super friendly. The space is small, but most people do takeout.

I have had Mochinut during my visits to Chicago. I was very excited when I heard they were coming to the Southside of Indy. The selection of flavors was decent. I do hope they will have matcha and ube in the future. I had the ube drink and it was good. Can't wait to come back to try their corn dogs!

Whoever you are... thank you. You changed my life. The sweet woman behind the counter heard where I was from and handed me a complimentary glazed yeast donut. Let me tell you... WHEW! It wasn't even fresh out of the oven, and it still melted in my mouth. Light, soft, perfectly glazed... I knew right then I was in trouble. I ended up buying a box with blueberry cake, applesauce cake, cinnamon sugar, Bavarian cream, glazed yeast, and a few others. Everything was incredibly fresh, and at those prices, I had to double-check the menu because I thought I was reading it wrong! When I got back to my parents' house in Louisville, we warmed a few up for just a few seconds. Game over. They somehow tasted even better. My plan was to take some to church tomorrow to share... but judging by how fast they're disappearing, I may be testifying about them instead. Before I left, the woman smiled and said, "Make sure you come back when you're in town." Oh, I'll be back. I may even create reasons to drive through Indianapolis now. Long's Bakery doesn't need fancy displays or trendy flavors. They simply make outstanding donuts with friendly service and prices that make you wonder if they accidentally forgot inflation. 10/10. Worth every mile of the detour.

Honestly, the employees were not very friendly. I don't care that much about that in this instance because the baked goods made up for their demeanor. The brownie was nice and chewy. Very soft and even though it's super dark, it's not bitter and the salt flakes make it the perfectly balanced sweet and salty combo. Bread was insanely good. I got a half loaf of semolina and the spices on the outside are adjacent to Side Door Bagel's everything bagel seasoning. It's perfect and I wish I lived in Fountain Square so I could get a loaf whenever I need it. Haha. I enjoyed stopping in here and will be back.

This one is good for grab and go, unless it's nice out and then you can enjoy seating located out front. Service is friendly here. The workers are always up to answering any of my questions. They told me the olive bread is only sold on Wednesdays. I've never had it, but it sounds good. The bread I love is the focaccia. They sell it in a square loaf for $5. I like to eat this bread plain, with cheese, or make a sandwich with it. I also purchased a chocolate croissant (I love me a good chocolate croissant) and it was so flaky, buttery, and filling, very delicious. I warmed it up a bit at home and enjoyed every bite of it. Ive had a coffee from here and it was good, coffee and bread is a great combination. To get here, you have to find street parking as they don't have a parking lot. I usually find a side street to park at that doesn't charge.
