I ordered a grilled cheese along with a sugar pie slice and a London fog. They have other baked good options which looked good too. The grilled cheese was very small and I think cheese got into the pan because it was also cooked onto the bottom side of the sandwich. It was a very small grilled cheese. The London fog tasted quite strong and the sugar pie didn't really stand out. There were other items on the menu though that I'd love to try if I ever go back. What I think took this down to 3 stars was the service. When I went to order, I was just stared at and I thought maybe they weren't ready for me yet but they were. There was just no greeting of "Hi, welcome in" or even a "What can I get for you?" It was just a stare and silence. Now the staff were not unkind...they certainly seemed friendly but that lack of greeting didn't feel great. Additionally, they were very quiet or mumbled when calling out orders and so it seemed like many people listening never heard their order including me. I also had to ask again for the pie after having paid. I bought a bandana as well and didn't see the price tag. When I asked how much it was the staff member said it was either 12 or 15 dollars. She rang it up as 15 when later I saw the price tag and it clearly said $12. I showed the staff member and she said it was $15 and it was a handwriting issue for the price tag. I rarely write reviews less than five stars but I do think if there could be a bit more initiative from the staff and orders called out more clearly and louder for drinks so they don't spoil that would really help.

I ordered a butterbeer latte, then noticed some winter menu flavors so I'm definitely going back for those. They serve Calvin Fletcher coffee (a coffee roaster/shop in downtown Indy) and that was nice to see local supporting local! My drink was warm, smooth and perfect for the extremely cold day.

They have a couple of tables inside that you can sit and eat your treat at and smooth music playing throughout the shop. They serve hot and iced coffee, milk, juices, donut holes and of course, donuts. The woman that were working there were not overly friendly, but were nice enough. I got a half dozen to split with me and the littles. They had a pretty good selection of donuts available, some traditional and some exotic. They are not labeled, so I had to ask what a few of them were. I got a regular glazed, a chocolate glazed with sprinkles, a blueberry filled with blueberry icing, a white icing with candy sprinkles and a long glazed with chocolate drizzle. The donuts were tasty, fluffy and fresh. I really enjoyed them and I am sure that my littles did too. This is a pretty good donut shop in Greenwood and definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

There are two small tables if you want to dine in. There are lots of pretty donuts to choose from. I'm not sure you can go wrong with any of the choices. They also have some coffee and bottled drinks available. Looks like they have a digital menu board on the wall that wasn't working yet but they had a paper menu set out with prices. The donuts were really sweet but delicious. The staff weren't overly friendly but polite. Since they're so pretty, these donuts would be a great option for a birthday or other celebration.

I was worried when we couldn't make any reservations, but we got right in - nobody was waiting, they weren't busy, but they did seem to be scrambling to find a server for us, which I thought was a little odd. After a weird start, the rest of the visit was fantastic - service was great, food was excellent, and we had a lovely time on a date night. Restrooms are on the first floor (an older review says the women's is downstairs in a creepy hallway, but this must have been renovated) and are single-occupancy and unisex, which is an interesting experience depending on who has visited before you -- this was probably the low point of the experience, that restroom could use some upkeep. Not just an unpleasant previous visitor, but structurally. For such a nice place, that part was sketchy. Definitely will be coming back overall.

I don't really like bread, so I had never truly tried a donut. I stumbled upon this store, and it looks like a place that will make girls unable to resist spending moneyso I went in with the mindset of buying it just for its looks. The owner was very welcoming and efficient. Unexpectedly, the donuts had a croissant-like texture, a rich blend of wheat and maple syrup flavors--FAMILY WHO KNOWS?! Donuts are one of the few sweets that don't try to be overly dramatic. Unlike cakes, which need to be presented as special treats, or macarons, which use color as their identity, donuts simply stand there round, coated with a little sugar on the outside and filled with a little filling inside, their unassuming demeanor almost bordering on humility. But one bite reveals that this humility is all an illusion--the icing sugar greets you first, then the cream takes over the negotiations, and the chocolate cleans up the mess. The three parties cooperate seamlessly, and human will is like a ceasefire agreement, signed without resistance. Donuts, with their round shape, seem to smooth out all regrets: the icing is sweet without being frivolous, the filling is rich without being ostentatious, and the dough is soft like after a wonderful dream. They lack the pomp and circumstance of delicacies, yet they possess the ability to leave a lasting impression. One donut satisfies the stomach, but it's the heart that's won over first. Strawberry is the most sociable, winning hearts from the moment it appears; cinnamon is the old-fashioned type, initially seeming stiff, but becoming indispensable over time; chocolate is like a seasoned middle-aged person, quietly commanding attention; and cream filling is the most cunning, appearing unassuming on the surface, but one bite reveals that it has hidden the best of everything inside. At this point I don't know why they are still on the menu because it seems like they do not serve Keto Doughnuts anymore. I wasted my time trudging through the snow that wasn't cleared away from the sidewalk just to find out once again, no keto. Not to mention that our handicap-able friends with disabilities would not be able to make it in this establishment because of their carelessness with cleaning the snow. There was also a terrible sulfur smell that assaulted my nose upon opening the door. Either they were making the world's biggest batch of scrambled eggs or they have a plumbing problem. Very disappointed with this location.

My main reason for 4 out 5 stars would be the atmosphere and some bakery item issues when there. So I came here more then 6 times a year and if its early on a weekend super fresh and delicious if its afternoon to evening things are not kept so well and some things are. I have a habit of never knowing if the churros are going to be fresh of left over the reason I say this is I have had thrm fresh being brought put and then I have have tsken what was on the shelf prior and its day and night some may be soft with little crunch or over fried or old as they look it and feel it. Now this is the same for anything that requires oil frying there, however most all the other breads are delicious and fresh they have a decent variety as well. This location has flan, tres leches cakes drinks too in the cooler so dont get it wrong at all it is a place to stop at for sure and I will keep coming. I just wish the churros or even a time table on the display case would advise when yo get them fresh because after a while they can be hard as a brick. This is my experience only and adivse you giving them a try as they are good.
