My wife found this location on Yelp. We have been trying to find really good local Mexican food ever since we moved from Texas. There it is like every corner has a good place... here in Alpharetta/roswell... it is spotty. This is a hidden spot... hidden in plain view but hidden all the same. I must have been past it a dozen times but had never noticed it. The ambiance was nice but simple. It is not 5 star dining... but it is not run down worry what you're getting either. It is a descent place. The service was good... it wasn't busy here... so I think we got a lot of focus for sure. The menu is extensive. Lots of dishes to choose from. My wife always orders the guac when we go to Mexican. I get the queso... I can't stand guac. I mean just look at it... I swear I have too many kids and changed too many diapers to eat anything that looks like this! Anyway once past the aps we got to our meals and I was pleasantly surprise. My boys liked it, I liked it, and my wife liked it! Eureka... a Mexican place that we all enjoyed and it wasn't out of this world expensive! I recommend stopping in and trying a thing or two.. you'll be glad you did!

We are new to Georgia but our adult kids are not. All of us being from California where Mexican food is amazing and because my son-in-law and daughter love Mexican food and are very picky, they discovered Moctezuma and enjoy it quite frequently!! We have joined them on several visits before moving here permanently and now also continue enjoying and feeling like we've found a place like back in California that makes yummy Mexican food. The restaurant isn't fancy but homey. The husband/wife who own and operate the restaurant along with their adult kids are incredibly friendly. Everything we've ordered has been very delicious. The organica margaritas are very tasty and not boozy tasting which is how I enjoy them; however, they are pricey. My husband thinks they were $18 but can't confirm it. We just know they were pricier than a regular one. What they have that is pretty cool is a robot named Penelope that helps assist with serving the food. Parking has been plentiful when we have dined in. Twice that we've been there, it was super busy once so it must have been the busy hour for them, the other time not as busy. If you are looking for some true delicious Mexican food with great owners, check it out!!

As Texans who were in the area for business, we were a bit skeptical to try a Mexican restaurant. After all, we have Mexican restaurants on every corner in TX. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the authenticity, quality of food, and friendliness of staff here. We ordered guacamole and chips to enjoy with our margaritas. They were generous with the amount of guac and it was delicious. The margaritas were super-sized and required two hands to hold! The drinks were not watered down, nor were they too strong. In the words of Goldilocks, "They were just right!" The pièce de résistance was the carne asada we both ordered for our main dish. It was tender, flavorful, and plate-size. Hands down, it was the best carne asada we have ever eaten!! My mouth is watering just writing about it! For an added touch of fun, they have a robot waitress, Penelope, who assists with delivery of items to the table! Overall, it was a wonderful experience which we will repeat the next time we are in town!

DAISY IS AMAZING!!!! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Wow this place was so surprising, the food is so good and the presentation is gorgeous! the flavors, the hospitality, I'm so happy and pleased i cannot believe such a place exist in this day and time. Fast food, gorgeously plated, happy staff, fair prices, and THE FLAVOR!!! Thank you again! I will always recommend.

Seriously they must have hired an army to create these fake reviews. The service staff was nice enough, the restaurant itself is sketch... located in a strip hooked to a gas station. We figured... well ~300 people say it's 4.8 star good so maybe the food is the bomb and the restaurant is just a hole. Chips and salsa are decent, little Smokey - sun dried tomato taste. Water was as good as you can make city water. We thought ok let's go down the middle here..... steak fajitas.... nobody can mess up fajitas... Steak was tough as shoe leather, onions were slimy oil soaked blah.... Never again - I will state again someone hired a group of people to create these "good reviews". One last thing. - the trash can that held the door for the bathroom.

The doors didn't open until approximately 10:10 AM, and employees were still actively preparing the restaurant while guests waited. The seating process felt chaotic, and overall the staff appeared disengaged and unenthusiastic. Everyone--from the hosts to the servers to the kitchen staff--seemed to be moving at a pace slower than molasses. It certainly wasn't the energetic brunch atmosphere I remembered. Our server, Blake S., was particularly disappointing. Despite arriving early, we waited over 30 minutes for our food while multiple tables seated after us (with different servers) were already eating. We repeatedly had to ask for water refills, chip refills, and basic service needs. Whenever we needed him, he seemed to have vanished like the last tortilla chip in the basket. The service issues continued throughout the meal. We requested to-go boxes and were handed a stack of five-plus containers, but no bag. After waiting, I eventually had to track down another server myself to get one. At that point, it felt like I had been promoted from customer to assistant waiter. The most frustrating moment came at the end of the meal. Before we had even requested the check and while I was actively packing leftovers into my to-go containers, Blake seemed overly eager to clear the table. In the process, my to-go containers were knocked to the ground, and my phone ended up falling and cracking. What should have been a routine cleanup turned into an expensive and frustrating ending to an already disappointing experience. To make matters worse, prices have increased significantly. I would not recommend the huevos rancheros. For the current price, receiving what amounted to two small eggs and roughly a quarter of an avocado served over chips felt underwhelming and difficult to justify. The one bright spot remains the pancakes, which continue to be consistently excellent. I've enjoyed Superica in the past, which makes it especially disappointing to see the decline in service, attention to detail, and overall value. Today's experience felt less like hospitality and more like hard labor.

We came back today and I tried a chimichanga supreme. I ordered what was listed as shredded beef, but as you can see, it's more of a ground beef. I don't care at all because it's delicious! It came with rice, but I gave that to my son because I don't eat the rice and he loves it. He ordered the chimichanga de Carnita and said that the meat was pretty dry and bland by itself, so not as happy as he usually is. The salsa was just as good today as it was before and the food comes out quickly. The service is good, but since you don't get a physical menu and have to scan the barcode and scroll through your phone to look at the menu, they keep coming back too quickly to see if you're ready to order without giving you much of a chance to look to see what's available. Definitely a place to be seen and eat well. There's a parking garage but it was full when we got there, so we did valet, which was surprisingly affordable. Service was wonderful. Our server was attentive, helpful, and super knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, we got: Aguachile de Pescado, which was insane. Super fresh, bright, citrusy, ceviche-like with perfect texture. I would go back just for that. The Hamachi was clean and bright. That avocado sauce tied everything together and gave it some depth without overpowering the fish. The Pork Belly Tostadas were crispy and rich with that smooth avocado mousse and sweet mango salsa balancing it out perfectly. Finally, the bone marrow with steak... so good. I had seen pictures of it before I came and it did not disappoint. The steak was incredibly tender. They bring blue corn tortillas and suggest making a taco with the marrow, steak, and avocado. It's great that way. But honestly, the marrow and steak stand perfectly on their own. Whole experience was excellent. Easily one of my favorite spots in the city now.

Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.
