    Tortas.

This place is the bomb for prices. Recommended by a fellow Yelper, our group had a great time: company, food, and prices. Don't judge a place by its exterior, some of the best eateries are a hole in the wall. My choice for the night was a tortas. The portion size was fairly large, and it was scrumptious. Of course, right? Since it was recommended by the all Elite God, Marcus. Lol. I do think the particular meat I choose was a tad bland (steak and chorizo). Don't worry. There were two h0t sauce bottles to choose from to add more flavor. The tortas bread was just right: not too much bread or thickness. I think if I had chosen another item, my experience would have been even better though. Should have gone with Marcus' rec. Buttons... With the tortas order and salsa and chips that were available, I was surely full and had to do the accustomed to-go box. Service was fairly decent. It became a tad delayed after more folks stopped in for dinner, but our group was tended to nonetheless. Parking was pretty plentiful since this complex wasn't hopping by any means. If you're going to judge a place by its exterior, this area will be one of those moments. Lol.

"If your reviews are looking like essays, start a blog. I can't read your life story on my phone before ordering from the menu." [Time & Date of visit]: 7pm Friday Night, March 27th 2015 [Party Size]: 6 [Location/Ambiance]: Slightly Noisy, various families dining in. Aside from the tiki bar, there's not much decorations going on. Booths run along the sides of the restaurant with various tables in the middle. The parking lot is shared with another Mexican restaurant at the end of the plaza but there's still plenty parking in the lot. [Service]: The restaurant started to get more filled through the night, with the 2-3 servers covering majority of the restaurant. There were food runners bringing out the entrees. I would say that they are quite busy on weekend nights. Expect service to get a little slow once the restaurant fills outs. [Food Highlights]: Torta, Las Palmas ($6) - Recommended by our food guide for the night, Marcus O. This is definitely filling. The bread is slightly toasted to give it a little crunch as the inners get's that needed bit of sogginess of the meats and veggies. The crumbles of chorizo does spill out a bit when grabbing for a bite. The carne asada is marinated well. Both flavors mesh well and make this torta worth a try. For this amount of food and flavor, I'm not going to question how they are making money for what they charge. But I'll take one more for the road! Tacos Camarones ($2) - Though the torta was filling itself, I still wanted to try how their taco's stack up to what the other Mexican restaurants around Roswell offer. This version is served with the shrimp battered and deep fried, bits of lettuce and with generous portion of sauce similar to sriracha mayo. Not what I was expecting but decent. I think Taqueria San Pancho's grilled variety tops this one. Tacos (pork) pastor ($1.25) - I think this was one of the better taco's of the night. Though the pastor isn't as flavorful as other taco places it's still juicy and fared a lot better than the camarones. Thick slices topped with a couple of onions and other greens. Bottle of Corona ($3.50) - paired with a lime [Total Bill w/ Tip & Tax]: $13.64 {Summary}: I'm glad that our fellow yelper Marcus O. chose this place as our yelpers foodie dinner adventures. The value is awesome for the amount of good food that you get. Though it's a bit further up from the house, it's worth the drive for value for the food you get. Stick with the Tortas if you're unsure of what to order.

It is hard to find authentic Mexican food. This place has it. No Tex-Mex. No southwest. Just really good Mexican. Tacos are fresh and tasty. Habanero salsa awesome. And $2.99 margaritas everyday. OMG. Try it and you'll like it.

My family and I visited your location for dinner late Sunday evening, August 16, 2026. We have…read morevisited this location several times, and overall, we have had positive experiences. During this particular visit, however, we noticed several concerns that we wanted to bring to your attention. First, the restaurant floor was extremely wet and slippery. We are not sure what cleaning product is being used, but the floor remained wet for an extended period of time. We understand the importance of keeping the restaurant clean, but the floor should also be safe for customers and employees. We recommend ensuring that floors are properly dried after cleaning and that any cleaning products being used do not leave the surface excessively slippery. We also noticed that the dining area was unusually warm. It appeared that the air conditioning may have been operating in the back of the restaurant where the employees were working, but the front dining area did not seem to have adequate air conditioning. The only noticeable air movement in the customer seating area appeared to be from a ceiling fan running at a very low speed. The temperature made the dining experience uncomfortable. We ordered the snack tray meals three of them, which was seven dollars each. You could pick up to four items which is very affordable for a family. If you would like to upgrade to a shake, you can do so for additional dollar 50 the cheese curds are very good. The burgers are good as well. The chicken nuggets were decent. The fries were good the okra you get a nice portion of it but it needs a little bit of seasoning on the okra. In our opinion a little salt, pepper, and or seasoned salt is needed. In addition, my husband used the men's restroom and noticed that there was no soap available in the restroom. There were also gnats/insects present in the restroom area. While we did notice a sink with a soap dispenser in the restaurant lobby, customers using the restroom should not have to leave the restroom to find soap. Because this is a restaurant serving food to the public, proper sanitation and cleanliness are extremely important. Restrooms should consistently be clean, stocked with soap, and free of insects. We would strongly recommend that management implement regular restroom checks throughout the day to ensure that soap and other necessary supplies remain available and that the area is properly cleaned and maintained. We want to emphasize that the food during our visit was hot and fresh, and the employees we interacted with were friendly. These concerns are specifically related to the conditions we observed during this visit. We have been to this location multiple times, and this was the first time we noticed these particular issues with the air conditioning, slippery floor, and men's restroom. We are sharing this feedback because we believe these matters can be addressed and improved. We appreciate your attention to these concerns and hope they will be reviewed with the appropriate management and staff to help ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for customers. Thank you for taking the time to review our feedback. We look forward to seeing improvements during our future visits.

I was a little disappointed with the portion sizes of the French fries and onion rings, although both tasted great. The milkshake was also thicker than I expected and was more like ice cream than a traditional shake. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll definitely be back to give them another try. Hopefully next time they'll be a little more generous with the sides.

He was quiet, mumbling his words, and didn't know what he was talking about. We all ordered our food and found a place to sit. The drinks (of that which were available) were very syrupy and didn't taste right at all. This brings me to the first picture of the soda machines. Much like a "Where's Waldo" portrait, the longer you look, the more you see. Except instead of a dopamine hit, it's a slight feeling of dread that compounds with every find. First, we have two drinks out of order. That happens, no big deal. As we continue to look at the machine we notice its base is propped up by two styrofoam cups. Still weird, but not too nasty. To the right there are also no napkins. I find this is more than a minor inconvenience when eating finger food. Lastly, but certainly most unsettling, is the bug trap set up just to the left of the machine. I appreciate you using a trap, but right next to drinks and where food is bound to be put down? After 10 minutes, I alone received my food. Except it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered the sandwich pictured in the restaurant which was advertised as the chicken salad sandwich and received what consisted of lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken. I clarified I had actually ordered the chicken salad sandwich (because this was obviously not that) and the singular man assured me that was correct. Another 15 minutes pass by and the rest of my family gets their food. The glorified bar food was mediocre at best and my family wasn't even interested in finishing. He also forgot an order of fries. This is impressive because of the 5 customers in the entire building, my family was 5 of them. As we were leaving, another poor man and his family walked in to order. I felt a moral obligation to turn him away. This was also right as we passed the pitiful 80 on the inspection report. I usually let this stuff go, but as someone who appreciates food, I felt it would be a disservice to society to let this place continue to have an inflated 4.4 stars. Thank you for coming to my TED talk...
