Nice concept but people here can't seem to hear very well! Bad acoustics, plus loud music. You basically have to yell out your topping choices several times for them to figure out what you want. I can only say good things about MOD Pizza. Every time I go the pizza is made to perfection. Tonight was no exception once again it was great but what leads me to write this review is the customer service . It is beyond great. I wish I got the young ladies name that helped me at the register tonight because she is a very honest young lady. I accidentally gave he an extra $20 bill and she made sure to hand it back to me and let me know. Now you would say that is what they should do but not everyone is that honest. I have been to multiple MOD locations from the North, East, South and West...When I ordered pizza from the Alameda South Shore store in California...I was very disappointed....Be careful when ordering from any delivery service... Because when you order the most basic pizza like mozzarella and red sauce you will be left with a burnt and hardly any cheese pizza.... let's just say it was for a 4 yr old... he didn't want to eat his pizza because of this... I don't blame him because it was complete garbage. If your going to order your food your better off going in and ordering it or going somewhere else. read more

First time here, will probably be back but 3 stars this time because I required dairy-free cheese (milk allergy here) and she sprinkled on reg cheese and didn't remove it, just put dairy free on top of that. I just had to recognize where she left it and not eat that part. Anyway, ordered a mega size with red sauce, dairy-free cheese, canadian bacon, spicy italian sausage, artichokes, black olives, mushrooms, and roasted garlic. It tasted really good, wasn't burned, had it there and split between 2 we were full. Their lemonade is good too. Outdoor seating was available so we got to relax with our dogs as we ate. read more

Also i would like to mention that there is a gentlemen with dread locks who has given my family and I EXCELLENT costumer service, he was very patient and very kind. I wish i knew his name. WoW! This place is amazing! Busy Friday night, 3rd in line, they make the 11" thin crust pizza right there in front of you and pop it in the brick, fire wood oven, 5 or 7 minutes later, the most delicious pizza ever made in such a short amount of time. Thin, very crispy crust, red sauce bursting with the flavor of ripe tomatoes, and the mozzarella cheese is to die for! The list of fresh topping would take hours to type up. Love it!! :) I always make my own pizza (as follows): Sauce - Pesto Cheese - Mozzarella and Parmesan Toppings (meat) - Spicy Italian sausage, bacon, grilled chicken Toppings (herb/veggies) - Roasted red peppers, mushrooms, artichokes, cilantro and fresh chopped basil Finish - Pesto drizzle (this makes a big difference!) Hubby likes to order his pizza half-half from the classic pizza options. He likes "Mad Dog" (Red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, mild sausage, ground beef) on one side and "Dominic" (White sauce, fresh chopped basil, asiago, mild sausage, red onion, tomatoes) on the other. This is a great place to go because it satisfies our very different cravings. ;) The only thing keeping it from a five star rating is the crust. It's good, though a competing chain has a slightly better crust. read more

Ask for fresh rosemary on top of your cheese, omg amazing. 1 star for the dirty tables...you can always count on having to pick up the last party's pizza droppings. Red Sauce has some sort of hot pepper in it that was unpleasant, unexpected and unwanted. Cheese slid off of pizza in box and 3 slices did not have cheese on it. All in all an unpleasant experience. read more

Awesome concept and a bargain. Tonight was our first time trying it and we weren't disappointed. You basically choose your sauces, seasonings and toppings and every pie is the same price, about 9 bucks, no matter how much or how little you want on it. We made one with red sauce and classic Italian toppings and one with white sauce, pesto, Italian cheeses and a little sausage. Both were excellent. The crust is thin and crisp. I highly recommend the roasted garlic cloves and kalamatta olives and the house brewed pear ice tea is also very good. Service was also great. Everyone looked happy to help and proud of their products. We'll definitely be back for more. read more

First time trying mod pizza and did not disappointed and fast in and out about 30 min,they have their own pizzas which you can also add more to them plenty of options it's a thin crust but very good and thanks to the girl at the end that recommended the splatters of pesto sauce read more

This was my first time coming here and it showed however the lady making was very nice she explained the menu and different sizes of pizza i meet the manger Andrea . Overall i would recommend especially to families i have twins and this a great place for a great price.
