Staff and Service: - Order at the register and they'll call the number on your receipt (make sure to keep your receipt for this reason) Food: - Chili Cheese Fries: as you can see from the photo, the chili cheese fries don't look appetizing. They taste better than they look, but the two melted slices of cheese slapped on top threw me off - Cheesecake: got a slice of plain cheesecake and it cost $8.75. A whole cheesecake is $20. I understand prices have gone up with inflation, but that math doesn't work out. Miscellaneous: - Overall, we understand prices have to go up to meet higher wages, higher rent, etc. On the flip side, the prices have gone up quite a bit, making this less attractive - Parking available via street parking - Good for groups up to about 6 people - Their updated menu board looks nice

My boyfriend and I have a saying. "There's always Nations." We say it when we're thinking of what to eat, and because it's true. They're open until 3 AM and have the best basics. Fries, burgers, milkshakes and soda. The pie's are just the cherry on top. The staff is usually friendly and stays composed when it's busy. They aren't flawless, but I appreciate their hard work. They recently remodeled the dining area, newer booths and fixed the door that slammed. Food is good, bacon is crispy, as well as the fries. Thanks for always being there Nations.

This place is always great!! We appreciate great American Cooking! Love this place for breakfast! The staff is always friendly and makes you feel welcome! The place is so full at lunch hour! If you have to just get it go! Looks like an old school diner! Street parking. Clean restroom.

Are you back after ten years? Ye!It's still a great store! It's clean, there's excellent staff, and the food is exceptional. It's a two-egger, cheeseburger, and a slice of lemon pie to go! There are plenty of metered parking spaces.

I stopped by this Nation's to order a whole strawberry cheesecake, service was pretty fast. It was tasty and the way they arranged the strawberries on top was really prety, but it was a little too sweet for my liking, and I prefer my cheesecake more sour. Since it's a seasonal special flavor, it costs more than plain cheesecake. Overall, a decent place to get cheesecakes, and they do have some seasonal flavors available throughout the year. I haven't personally tried anything that isn't a dessert.

I only come here once's a year and it's for the PIES. So it's what I will review. They have a wide selection of pies all year long. However, if you come on the day AFTER Thanksgiving, it's BOGO Free Pies!!!! You can order pies by the slice, half pie and whole pies! TRADITIONAL (Apple, Pumpkin, Berry): SLICE - $6.40 HALF - $9.95 WHOLE - $16.60 SPECIAL (Cremes, Pecan, Custard): SLICE - $6.85 HALF - $11.25 WHOLE - $18.30 They also have CHEESECAKE (Cherry or Blueberry): SLICE - $8.40 HALF - $14.00 WHOLE - $22.85 As for the TRADITIONAL PLAIN CHEESECAKE: SLICE - $7.85 HALF - $12.95 WHOLE - $20.95 I've tried BANANA CRÈME elsewhere but always com back to Nation's for it cuz it's GOOD. It's consistent, there are banana chunks and it's so good overall. The only downside is that it's garnished with almond slivers so anyone with a nut allegory can't have any. They also don't make them without them sadly. These pies were made at a nearby factory and shipped to this location. They recently closed for a short while for renovations but they opened in time for thanksgiving! Love the pies here so much!

It was packed here on Christmas Day. I tried a few other establishments first, but everything was closed. I was grateful this place was open with 3 hard working employees. We got lucky and got an open table right after we ordered. The food wasn't the best, but it was ok. Knowing that the employees probably didn't want to work, but they showed up anyways. It was so busy that it was probably just an off day, but I usually love this place for their banana cream pie. The restaurant, and restroom were quite clean for a busy evening on Christmas Day.

From the decor, the food, the service and the bell to ring for service, it gave us everything we needed to have the tea service feel! We definitely decided on mostly Malayan tea service but we threw in a few British pieces to round it out. It's such a special place, with the beautiful china and lovely outdoor seating. I really enjoy seeing people dressed up when they come here. Afternoon tea is a special occasion and you should always dress the part! What I really appreciate is how kid friendly they are. My friend and I had no idea how our kiddos would do but they absolutely enjoyed it. The Wee Tea menu is perfect for them - a choice of herbal tea (the blue flower tea a was a fun pick) or a hot Milo (Malaysian hot chocolate, complete with whipped cream and sprinkles.) My son was in heaven...and the platter hadn't even come out yet. On to the food. I did find our last visit a bit lacking in the sandwiches. I'm still giving them five stars but since I have been dining here over the years, I could see a difference and the sandwiches were skimping on the filling. One of my sardine sandwiches barely had any sardines, just the sauce. But again, that wasn't the norm so I'll just take it as a one time thing. Now back to the kids' tea, in addition to their sandwiches (my son inhaled his Kaya toast) they had butterfly marshmallows and even cotton candy cones! It was adorable. I would definitely return with my little one, but be warned that your kiddos will be loaded with sugar afterwards. What a fun experience!

The moment you walk into the shop, you'll notice the current flavor offerings displayed on colorful ice cream-shaped signs across the wall to the right. I could spend an eternity studying each flavor, but there's limited space to queue indoors so really gotta decide on a flavor and serving style fast in order to keep the line moving. Among the flavors were some classics, fruity/floral mixes, and dessert-inspired ones too, a whole range so there's something for everyone. I got the Breakfast Brownie and it was unforgettable! It tasted creamy and delightful without being overwhelming, while the cornflakes mixed inside added a satisfying crunch to each bite. I came back a second time before a show at Crybaby, a smaller venue across the street. Grabbing a scoop here to-go has naturally become part of my pre-concert routine at this point and I plan to come back again next time to explore more flavors. If you're ever heading to a show nearby, I'd definitely recommend stopping by beforehand for a lil energy boost and treat.

Also, whoever they have making their flavors is super creative! They list out all the flavors on the wall on super cute little ice cream scoop cut outs for you to browse while you wait in line. It is definitely more of a takeout ice cream spot with not a ton of seating so you either gotta get lucky with seating, wait for a spot, or take it to go. We got the pandan strawberry and the milk & cookies + cream. Next time I stop by I really want to try out their sundae!
