I hope everyone has managed this Oregon "Transition" into spring. I have been pretty busy and I am a few reviews behind, but I figured I would do this one while it is fresh on my mind. Long story short (for now)...the wife was exhausted and did not want to cook. After picking up kids we headed to MOD in Cedar Hills Crossing. The kids wanted "the works" (i.e. pizza, salad and a no name, but I had my orders for the boss. They both got mini-mods and I got a reg size. The my son got sauce and the meats, and my daughter got a 5 (possibly 6) cheese pizza. I got the Tristin with my usual add one. The kids polished theirs off with no complaints, but I noticed the crust was pretty underdone. Not raw...or anywhere close to raw, but usually the crust is super toasty and crisp. This time it was basically white and pretty meh. I ended up eating half the pizza and bringing the other half home to toast up in the air frier. I am not sure if the help was rushed. It really didn't seem that busy around 7:15 pm, but next time I am gonna request a well done crust. Another minute will probably all it will take

This was supposed to be cheese pizza with ricotta.
Todd O.

Every time I go to this location, it just keeps getting worse and worse. There's no leadership behind the counter. All the kids that work there don't take their job seriously. Nobody pays attention to quality. They assemble pizzas and salads with zero care. The benefits of going to chain restaurants are consistency. You go to Starbucks and get the same tasting coffee every single time. You know what you're going to get from McDonald's. Unfortunately with mod pizza, every pizza is different, they're cooked differently, there's no consistency whatsoever. Unfortunately, the consistency is the poor quality and cracker like pizza. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza with ricotta. They were out of ricotta of course. The cheese is three inches from the edge and burnt. They are ok with giving this to a paying customer. The tables were sticky and dirty. Tables wobbly. Don't look too close near the soda station. Don't think it's been cleaned in a while.

So after providing this feedback MOD Pizza sent us a coupon for a free pizza to get us to give them another try. Of course it didn't work, neither online or in the store. We won't be back.

Garlic bread, custom pizza and Bella!
Sherlyn M.

MOD pizza noob here! After having lived in NYC for 6 years, I was apprehensive about having thin crust pizza anywhere else. Then someone told me about MOD pizza and it's set price regardless of the number of toppings and I wanted to try it for myself. Got Bella, custom pizza and garlic bread. Nope - nothing like NYC thin crust pizza but still really good! NOTE: they use DoorDash for delivery. But oddly, prices on DoorDash are more compared to their own website.

The food was very good. They never get my orders wrong and the the food they have is awesome for parties. Every time we go there, the pizza crust is always thin and crispy.

Placed an online order for two pizzas and had an wonderful experience thanks to Seth and Shauna! The pizzas were fantastic and done so well, ready in a timely manner and special care taken on the additional notes (ie epic moose sketch). Couldn't recommend more! Thanks so much for a memorable experience!

Kids filming a homeless man play with spray paint in the dining area.

Probably the most poorly managed restaurant I have ever been to. The facility is poorly maintained and not cleaned. There is food left over all the tables. There is no apparent leadership or management in the building. The line worker is incredibly slow, demonstrates a total lack of ability to operate in a fast paced environment. Does not set himself up for success by leaving toppings empty and constantly moving back and forth. He can only do one thing at a time and forgets what pizzas have which toppings. While we were ordering there was a homeless gentleman who was dancing around the checkout area. He was rolling spray cans around the floor and throwing spray can caps between kids, back and forth over our heads. It would've been entirely unsanitary if it fell in the food while it was flying over the line. None of the staff understand how to politely confront people and ask them to leave if they are being a disturbance. Kids are now filming and engaging with the gentleman who is not here to eat. I'm genuinely lost with this generation of workers, and these kids who think it's acceptable to entertain behavior that could impact our food. The only thing this mod location has going for it, is its consistency of ingredients and cooking process. But aside from that, this is the worst representation of cleanliness, timeliness, management, maintenance, and environment of any mod that I have ever seen. We gave this location a second chance, and unfortunately we will not be visiting again.

Delicious pizza and great service ! Our recent regular place for healthy yummy pizza . They have cauliflower crust and tons of toppings to add , cheese we can limit based on your choice .we have also tried their thin mod crust . Very good and fast service , their final touch of the sauses like buffalo , basil pesto etc is an add on delight to the pizza . It's one price for n number of toppings . Good good good !

We've tried to find the best pizza around in the area, and so far this is becoming our favorite…read more We highly recommend the signature pies that have made this place so popular. Namely, the Pho Pizza with its delectable brisket, hoisin and veggie ingredients, in addition to the Banh Mi Pizza with barbecue pork, daikon, carrots and jalapenos. What seems questionable at conception becomes absolutely delicious in execution. These pizzas are Neapolitan style, made in high temperature brick ovens, and with a crust that is the nice blend of crispy & chewy at the same time. It's definitely cleverness that somehow works, and is not just a gimmick. Parking seemed a little tricky. I guess they have a lot, but we found it easier to find a spot on the street. We've ordered their pizzas via Uber Eats as well, but we would strongly recommend dining at the restaurant. Service was busy but efficient. Interesting fact: "Hapa" is originally a Hawaiian word that means a person of blended ancestry (typically, half-Asian). However, no Hawaiian pizza is on the menu here.

The calls went straight to voicemail stating they were most likely busy with other customers. Drove out to the restaurant and when we arrived about an hour before close, we were greeted with a sign that said they had Sold Out. The employees were in the restaurant already starting to clean up for the end of the day. I can't really say anything about the food, since we didn't try it, but this was a pretty bad customer experience due to the communication gap. Maybe they can have an alternate voicemail when they're out of pizza?

Let me start by saying I didn't take pictures. For anyone who reads my reviews, that's a big part…read moreof them: ALL THE PICTURES. Presentation, portions, half eaten, etc... but I didn't. Because the food was so damn good. Look - I'm going to start off by saying I grew up practically on The Hill. Out here, you'll have to Google it (make sure to add 'RI' to the search or you'll get some political BS), but back east, "alls you's have ta say" was those two words and anyone would know you knew your Italian, food and otherwise. There isn't anything on this coast that vaguely compares to The Hill's food, but walking into and biting out of Geraldi's was having a little piece of home. There's this little shop in the old town where the owner knew your voice when you called to order... you'd walk in, and you heard "hey cousin!" whether you were or not, and that's the vibe you get from Geraldi's. The food is much the same - you get something that looks like Nonna was at the range all day with her sauce (it's not gravy - no meat) and you came home looking like you haven't eaten in weeks: "I'm gonna fatten you up before you leave" and you walked out the door with a sub (sandwich, that is - not a submarine) that weighed the same as a newborn. We got three of those babies: a Chicago Beef (seal of approval from the orderer - only 'complaint' was that they had to eat it all in one day because the bread was quote too soggy to make it to lunch the next day - travesty), an Italian sausage (just as delicious when 1/2 was reheated the next day) and a Chicken Parmeroni (I thought somehow even better when 1/2 was reheated the next day) and I could have absolutely gone back the next day if it weren't for A. the leftovers 2/3 of us had and B. the meal planning we'd done for the week. I also grabbed a side of giardiniera because I will get it anytime I see it available and I inhaled it - I need to know if I can by it by the vat instead of the side cups because it too was similar to what I can find at home (about practically nowhere out here) and amazing!! I'm still upset I didn't take pictures though!

Locals mentioned this spot when I asked about good sandwiches! They were not lying!…read more A small spot with pizza, subs, and salads. I can only speak to the sandwiches. I started with the Spicy Geraldi, which is normally cold - but you can get it hot - highly recommended! It was toasty and amazing! Packed full of meat - the half would have been enough for me - but the whole left some for later! I will be back to try more. Prices are moderate.

When my partner pulled up into the 76 Gas Station, I was like "are we getting gas" and he's said,…read more"no." I said "what the heck are we doing here then?" And he said, "look, the pizza cart is in the corner." My silly self then doubted saying yes to my partner's suggestion of trying this place, and I huffily puffily said, "I'll stay in the car with baby." And my partner said, "no, please come outside, it's a beautiful day." FINE. I grumpily opened the car door while he got kiddo outta the car. I wanted to stay grumpy, but it smelled delicious right when I got out of the car. Okay, okay. This was a good sign. Partner went to order pizza then we went into the gas station and walked around and didn't find anything we wanted and/or didn't want to pay over $4 for a small bag of chips. Good lord. Also, the attendant said he couldn't check our 76 gas gift certificate unless we bought something (which I think is stupid and a lie). That's beside the point and I'll save my 1-star review for the gas station. Anyhow - it was a beautiful day to wait for good smelling pizza. We hung out in the trunk of our car, then chatted with Ryan (the owner) who is so kind and you can tell he's a good human!!! Our two pizzas were then ready and we raced home to try it while it was still piping hot and fresh! Boy oh boy, did our family enjoy the pizzas! Our son was ecstatic about the Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza, and my partner and I loved the pizzas!!!! I wasn't even that hungry but Leo and I almost ate the entire Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza. It was SO tasty! Ryan uses all super fresh ingredients for his pizza creations and you can really tell. A lot of times, when ordering pizzas of this style, the crust is too oven burnt and the pizza tastes okay or not that great, but he's a pizza genius and pours pride and care into his pizzas. You can really taste the care and quality!!! Our family can't wait to come back and get more pizzas! We are so glad he's so close to our house! What a win! Thanks, Ryan!

Sourdough pizza with a thin chewy crust and fresh ingredients? Look no further than Rosalie, a food…read moretruck tucked next to a gas station off Beaverton Hillsdale Highway. The pizza comes out perfectly cooked, with a nice char on the crust, is a perfect size for two people, and to top it off, the owner Ryan is super personable and thoughtful -- even offering to cook it longer if it wasn't crispy enough for us. A great find, but a few nitpicks for me; The sauce was a bit on the thin side, and the sourdough crust needs a 'refresh' to reheat well. Not a dealbreaker though, and worth the trip. Otherwise, easy to order by phone and to pickup, but get there early on weekends - they can get backed up.
