Who doesn't like MOD Pizza? Any place that allows you to build your own entrée with unlimited toppings for the same price is a win in my book. I'm glad there's one in the Factoria area for when I wanna get my pizza on. I visited MOD most recently on a weekday for a late lunch and the place was pretty steady with patrons dining in and getting takeout. This location is in the same parking lot as QFC and is next door to the T-Mobile store. Unlike it's other locations, I also saw that this MOD offered chicken wings. When I asked the employee about it, she mentioned that it's currently a test item at this location and one other up north. I built my own mod pizza, with lots of toppings, and when I was checking out, the cakes were looking at me in the eye. And then of course I saw their seasonal cake was a tiramisu one, so HAD TO. Pizza was solid and always like that the mod style pizza is thin crust. But let's talk about this tiramisu cake. It was fantastic! I loved how much espresso flavor I tasted with this dessert. I've actually never had the original no-name cake, so will have try it some time. Overall, glad MOD is in an area I frequent and that although prices have increased since it's former days, it's still reasonable with the unlimited toppings you can build for your pizza or salad. Plus, I love the company's mission in providing jobs to those who may not necessarily be hired elsewhere due to a disability or a criminal record. Everyone deserves a chance! Support MOD. read more

Shout out to a great crew at MOD pizza this afternoon. After a long walk with the family thru the lake to lake trail. We ended up in factoria this afternoon. The kids pulled us into the MOD pizza. We ordered 3 Mod pizza and the kids picked their own toppings. The staffs were very friendly and patient with them. The most amazing part was that when we picked up our pizzas, they told us they have a special for us. They gave us an extra order of garlic chess stick and gave us all the different dipping source to try! It was such kindness and the kids were thrilled!!! Thank you for the great crew! We came here for lunch on a friday afternoon. We have gone to multiple locations in the past, but this was our first time at the factoria location and we always love MOD pizza since it is a great value and fresh food. MOD was reasonably busy with a small wait. The staff was friendly and greeted us kindly right away. The location was busy, but had ample parking space and has some curbside pick-up spaces right in front. The food - we ordered a custom pizza and an italian chopped salad with added pepperoni. The pizza was GREAT, generously topped and hot and fresh from the fire oven. The salad was also fresh and delicious, but they forgot to add the salami to our order and didn't include the dressing until we realized on our way out and asked. Otherwise, it was a regularly good MOD experience. The ambiance was cute, we didn't eat in, but there was a good deal of seating and the booths looked comfortable for both casual and intimate dining. Overall, despite some missed items, I always recomend MOD and we will plan to be back. read more

Whoever was the young lady on July 19th 2025 did a really good customer service fix. A order was made on door dash and somebody else took the order. She apologized, stayed after hours and made the pizza then gave me a free pizza card for the next visit. Even when it was missing something on it, I let her know and she fixed it immediately with no attitude. It was the energy and the will to make it right after the shift. Usually when the shift is done, people wanna leave and could care less. She must of been taught well from the manager and displayed her willingness to make it right...all the staff is usually upbeat and helpful. One of my favorite spots! She needs a raise read more

Sunday night after hawks came brought my kiddo in to grab dinner. I went to the greek place, came back and ate my food and she still hadn't been rung up. Two different patrons he gave a discount two, another one for 2 no name cakes and she waited at the til to pay for at least 5 minutes before being helped. She asked for the meal with her Sanpellegrino and he refused to give her the deal. After you gave out deals and cakes you were run to her. Sorry to say won't be back cuz I take this personal. Definitely a better experience ordering in person than ordering online the previous visit. With the online ordering, I had to wait 25 minutes past the scheduled pick up time as the restaurant was slammed and they appeared to be prioritizing in-person customers. Everytime I come into Mods in Factoria these 2 employees always puts a stupid grin on my face everytime they welcome me by saying Jason. Yes the place is clean and tide, customers are being helped in a friendly manner, the food is great but none of that matters if there is no personal touch and these 2 employees knocked it out the park. One of the most disappointing take out experiences I've ever had. I ordered a bunch of pizzas from Mod Pizza's website because I've enjoyed their thin crust pizzas in the past. They list that there is free delivery for orders over $50, so I put in a big order of five pizzas. The delivery came on time, but that's the only thing they got right. The order was MISSING an entire pizza pie (they delivered only four), and of the pizzas that were delivered, two were the wrong pizza. This means out of five pizzas, they only got 2 pizzas right. The pizza boxes are labeled, but while the labels matched my orders, the pizzas inside did not. I was extremely disappointed and inconvenienced because we'd ordered pizza on a night when we had a time crunch for dinner, and this mistake really threw off our plans. And to add insult to injury, the crusts were soggy and the spicy calabrian pizza sauce was SUPER spicy this time (I've had it before and really liked it) and difficult to eat. TL;DR I spent over $50 on a pizza order that did not arrive, and the pizzas we did get were not good. I've ordered pick up from Mod Pizza Factoria before and it was solid, but I don't think I will ever do delivery from them again. read more

Every time was good. Except tonight 9/14. I feel bad for the worker team. Unstoppable online order while front counter are super busy. Everyone keep complain but the worker also can't pause the online pick up order to clear this oven. We have been waiting for 45 mins just for small mad dog. How can you not like this company?! Not only do they serve great food, but it's a company who's conscious to make a positive, social impact. I don't have any pictures because it's devoured right away. They are open for pick-up during our current COVID-19 situation. They have an online ordering system and you can even schedule a pick-up time. They also offer delivery, but haven't tried it. You can build your own or choose from the menu and customize your toppings. Pizza sizes are: 11" MOD (most popular), mini (6") and Mega Dough (11" thick crust). They also offer cauliflower crust (haven't tried). read more

This was my second visit to this location for it is 5 minutes from where I work. The first time I came was after work so sometime before 8pm I come in and there was nobody in line however I was given attitude for not Knowing what I want fast enough.. the second visit was today during my lunch. It was slightly busy had a couple, a single person and a family of 4 In front of me. Although I'm unaware of the amount of online orders it still took my whole lunch break for my order which was a mini mod pizza and a side salad.. I did have to ask twice for the salad and when I finally got my order the toppings on my pizza was basically slide to one side of the pizza.. like what the hell. I already wasted my break for this order just to be done sloppy... if I wanted 1/2 or my pizza with no toppings I would have asked for that. read more

I used to love Mod, but the last two times we've had pizza at the Factoria location I've been disappointed, because the crust has been undercooked. Honestly, doughy crust isn't for me. Came in at 9:30 before a listed 10pm close. Door was locked and when someone came to the door asking if I had an online order they told me that they were closed. I asked why they closed early and the employee chuckled saying they were short staffed. They proceeded to laugh answering the following questions (Q: when did they close? So happy there's a new lunch spot in this area because I'm getting tired of going to the same places over and over. Kudos that it's opened late too because since this is somewhat of a commercial district that caters to Cooperate America's hours, everything seem to shut down by 8pm when all the normal working class is gone so most the time, all is left is fast food. This location is a new addition to Loehmann's Plaza right next to the T-Mobile store so plenty of parking. I'd be careful going in lunch time since everything here is busy during that rushed hour. I've been a fan of MOD since day 1 when I found out there's a pick your own pizza option for a fixed price so I load my pizza up with unlimited toppings. There's also about 10 set items on the menu if you can't make up your mind what you want on your pizza. I believe there's also salad, but I'm not here to loose weight, I'm here to eat good. Question of the day: If a pizza were to be named after you, what topping would be on that pizza? I am a fan of MOD pizza for thier customized flavours. However this place have huge lines during the weekdays and when said that the lines are huge ,so is the taste of your pizza. I feel the staff here cannot be blamed because they cannot give more attention when the wait lines are big. But as usual when I review for the chain groups , I give stars to their customer service and maintenance of the place. I recommend this place for the pizza lovers but choose the timeslot which does not fall in the busyhours so that you can enjoy the real taste of MOD . read more

Terrible service online order. My order was incorrect. I tried to contact someone through the phone. After getting in touch with someone over the phone the "manager" started to act as if I was talking over him and then hung up on me. I don't know for who's benefit this would be for. But if this call was recorded I would be happy to review it with their office. In any case, I will never order from here again and will duly follow up with the corporate office. I do not want a refund or anything from Mod. But I do want you to be aware of and Mod to be aware of the low level of service at this location. read more

I love that I can order a small, thin crust pizza and just load it with a million customized toppings. It's super awesome that they also offer gluten free dough. I'm lying in my bed at 11:11 in the PM munching on cold Mod pizza feeling compelled to share my satisfaction. Ordered my pizza while signing up with T Mobile after being "bent over" by Sprint; but, I digress. Selected the cauliflower crust option with veggie toppings (didn't have the courage to choose the vegan cheese). The young man was very skilled at spreading the toppings evenly. He went so far as to crumble the onion with his latex covered hands,so as to more evenly distribute it unctuousness. I am happy to report that in my opinion, the cauliflower crust is better than the regular wheat crust. How often does that happen? Obviously, the pizza being thrown around like that is the delivery guys fault and I have reached out to DoorDash about that (got no response). But this pizza also has essentially no cheese on it, and only a couple pieces of pineapple and Canadian bacon. I've been a fan of MOD for over a decade now, but have had some odd encounters with employees over time. They hire some really nice, "chill" people and also some really unprofessional people. I went to the Factoria location for the first time in a few years and was a bit turned off by one employee. I asked for extra bleu cheese from the guy helping me and the female employee next to him made the joke that I could have it all because it's so gross. Okay, ha ha, we get it's a contentious cheese...but she restated how gross bleu cheese is a total of FOUR times. My boyfriend tried to make light of it and agree with her by making small talk, but she didn't converse and just loudly repeated "it's so gross!" -_- I've worked as a waitress and wouldn't ever tell someone their preference or order is "SO gross!!!" She was somewhat aggressive in her speech/tone overall. However, I appreciate that she gave us 2 drinks for the price of 1, for whatever reason. The other thing is that she started putting red sauce on a MOD before my boyfriend even started his order...luckily it matched with his order - it wouldn't have worked for mine. MOD hardly ever lets me down! It's a perfect place for a quick bite. For about $9 you can get a customized pizza that is baked in a fire oven. They have a wide variety of sauces and toppings so you really can't go wrong! I can normally finish about 4/5 of a pizza by myself and on a good day where I'm pacing myself, I could pretty much finish the whole dang thing :D I came to this MOD on a Sunday at around 12pm and there was a decent line of about 10 people, but they had a good amount of people working so the line went fast. There is plenty of seating inside, from booths to tables that you could move to put together to accommodate larger groups. Their staff was very friendly and they check in with you whether its your first time or not; so if its your first time, have no fear they will take good care of you and walk you through the process! They also have alternative options such as larger pizzas or gluten free pizza crusts, or salads. You can even get a pizza salad which is the salad on top of a pizza crust :) read more

I have always liked this brand of pizza. Both children and I love it. But today, the attitude of the staff in the store made me completely change this idea. It disappointed me and my children. After working for ten hours, I ordered two pizzas online at 5:00 p.m. and made an appointment to pick them up at 6:30 p.m. We arrived at the store on time with great expectation, but found that there were a lot of people waiting in the restaurant. I didn't urge them either, just let my family wait outside. Time passed by. At 6:50, I found that many people who came into the store behind me had already eaten their food, so this was the first time I asked the staff how long I had to wait for my pizza At that time, the employee told me that it was ready at once. At seven o'clock, I finally had my first pizza. Thirty minutes had passed since my scheduled time. I ordered two pizzas. When one was ready, I naturally asked when the second one would be ready. At that time, a pink haired employee told me that my box was on the table and would be ready in two minutes. The time came to 7:10. It is also far more than the two minute waiting time for boys with pink hair. When I asked him again how long to wait, they told me that it would take another ten minutes, two minutes plus ten minutes, and then ten minutes. I didn't understand that I was the only one waiting for online orders. I don't understand that it takes one hour to make two pizzas for one order? All right, keep waiting. It was almost 7:30, and my family turned from expectation to disappointment. My daughter has lost interest in her choice of pizza. I asked again how long it would take....... The boy with pink hair actually started criticizing me, and even when I walked out of the store, they cheered and celebrated. I don't understand what happened to the employees of this store? I placed an online order to pick up the order on time. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked how long it would be. I always believed that you would be there soon. Then what I was waiting for was the sneer of this employee? As a customer, I can't ask how long will my order be ready? In particular, all the customers who came in after me have taken their orders. I love their thin crust with red sauce and love the fact that you can choose variety of toppings. It's so light and so flavorful. Came on opening day and I knew there would be a wait, but I was shocked by how fast this location moved the crowd. In fact, I think it's the fastest line of any Mod I've ever visited. You wouldn't expect that from a first day group, but this Mod rocked it and got pizza's out super fast!!! Not a ton of seating at this location, but the outdoor area is nice. Staff is friendly.
