Ordered an Iggy pizza today but what I got was not even close. No topping sauce, no jalapeños and no tomatoes, so basically everything that made this pizza special good. Unfortunately a friend picked it up for me and wasn't aware of what toppings an Iggy even has so it went unnoticed until I opened the box to eat. I've worked in the customer service industry for a long time and am VERY understanding of the fact that this mod may be understaffed etc but this is just ridiculous, especially when paying $10 for it. read more

This place is absolutely, most certainly, worth your time and money. We came in not knowing what to expect, hoping for a good dinner. Walking in the door, we began to understand that ordering is similar to ordering at Subway, but way more awesome cause it's pizza, AND that no matter how many or what toppings it still costs the same amount. We had a fantastic dinner and came away with a sense of hope for humanity as a bonus! Who knew! Along with the great open atmosphere, the pizza was spectacular! The funny and friendly staff made the sometimes awkward experience of ordering in a new way at a new place a pleasure. I hope that MOD Pizza is such a success that it can eventually open places nation wide and even world wide! Went out for lunch on June 23rd and it took 3 tries to find a restaurant where ALL employees were wearing masks per OHA regulations - until we finally landed at MOD. Kudos to running a safe restaurant - we appreciate your extra effort in properly training your staff and listening to the experts on how to best protect your patrons! We're in this together. Thin crust pizza was good. You choose you topping for your pizza from the vast array of topping laid out in front. You can chose as many topping as you want for no additional charge. You have a choice between thin crust or thicker( I would not call it pan) pizza dough. For vegetarians this place would seem to be a good option since you could make your pizza with veggies an no cheese. Not sure if a gluten free dough is available. I shared a 11 inch pizza for lunch with a friend an we were able to customize each half the way we wanted with no problems. The price was reasonable an I will definitely be back. read more

If you order online you have to give a credit card so I called. I was on hold for 10 minutes before an employee picked up. I placed my order, the employee then asked for a credit card. I told her that I was paying cash and the reason I didn't order online was because I didn't want to give my credit card information. I was told there was absolutely no way to place an order in advance without a credit card, online or via the telephone. And this new customer will, now, NEVER be a customer. read more

Mod pizza just randomly changes their operating hours at this location. Their website says they close at 8- then when you arrive they have a handwritten note that they close at 7. It's happened to us several times and I'm thinking we may just stop trying to go. Worst service ever! We ordered a pizza and it said 15 minute wait time. We get there and had to wait 45 minutes for our pizza and there was 20 other people waiting and in that time period only 4 people got their order. There wasn't even a manger there. Won't be going back. read more

Wow! I was really surprised how great this "fast food" pizza was. We stopped in at 9pm on a Sunday night, an hour before they close. I was expecting the staff to roll their eyes as we came in, as they might want to go home. Not the case at all. Everything was ready and waiting. Shortly after we got there 15 more folks came in. The staff was very pleasant and the pizzas were excellent. Tons of toppings so you can create your own. I picked the Mad Dog meat pizza and added my veggies. The crust is crispy and not too thin. Great pizza overall. Better than I get back home. It may be fast food pizza, but it tastes as good or better than the slow cook pizza places. Great job MOD! read more

Given many tries each time theres a mistake with order, once they forgot half the toppings on one pizza the other time diff sauces were on the wrong pizzas and another time after calling it in for pick up they forgot the order and husband had to wait an hour to get it. The pizzas are tasty, but they seem to either be out of veggie options and/or have cut back on the number of veggies. Since I don't eat meat, my toppings have become pretty skimpy. They've also done away with the little metal tags that names the ingredients that you can choose from. The place is run by 18 year olds. read more

I absolutely love the MOD located here at the North end of Bend. The staff is so friendly and the food is consistently delicious. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because although the music is always awesome, it is always played at an absolutely deafening level. We are regulars at MOD. Kids get to choose their own toppings, so that's a plus. The MOD salad option is amazing... all the veggies you want for one price. The food quality is good, but not awesome. You can definitely find better pizza, but I love the custom fast and fresh concept. Always a good beer on tap, and the kids either beg for a "no name cake" or cinnamon strips dessert. You guys!! Melia at Mod pizza has spoiled us!! Evan my sweet 10 yr old who is on the autism diet loves Mod because they offer a gluten free dairy free cheese pizza, unfortunately in the past they've missed opportunities with us because there A game was off, new location lots of kinks. I finally got in touch with the GM Melia and explained our situation Evan is gluten free dairy free he loves Mod we want to support Mod and have great pizza experience.. ( long story short) Melia was so kind to hear all of my woes and unbelievably accommodating she asked if I would mind texting her personal phone each time we order and she'd make sure to read the ticket and execute our order properly. She even threw in three extra pizzas to make up for all the last mistakes! Since then our orders have been perfect and Evan has another angel looking out for him. Melia always writes sweet mod encouragements to Evan on his pizza box and Evan sends sweet videos to her letting her know how much he appreciates his mod pizza tonight Melia and Mod pizzas kindness went to a whole new level!! When the delivery driver arrived this evening there was a small package on the top of our pizza box, I thought weird I didn't request sauces and surely didn't order breadsticks.... the driver didn't know what was in it but said it was part of our order.. when we looked inside.. Melia had included some very cool Mod swag!! A pair of Mod socks a mOd cake and some mod stickers!! Her kindness blew us out of the water!!! I usually have an amazing experience at mod pizza but I sent in an online order when I got there at 7:29 when it was supposed to be ready. I ended up waiting till 7:55 till I was actually helped. I first walked up to the counter and this lady wasn't even paying attention to me I asked about my online order and she said oh it must be being made so I sat. It took 20 minutes till the kid that was running around doing everything actually helped me my pizzas were already done and one was wrong but thanks to that guy that actually helped me you rock unfortunately for your bigger female employee she was no help at all read more

So I went here again after a hair was found in my food last time, hoping it would be a better experience.... It wasn't, shocker. I ordered a pizza and the women who took my order kept assuming what would next be on it. I had barely enough time to tell her no red sauce and that I wanted pesto instead before my pizza was ruined. The pizza experience was fine this time. Unfortunately it was a salad issue this time. I ordered a mod sized salad the lady put in the last of the spinach (it was very wilted) and didn't add anymore. After adding all the toppings (which she also didn't add much of she kept it in a bowl. I then had to ask an employee if they would put it in a to go box for me. Even the male employee layered it in the center. But after just a moment of holding it I realized it was extremely light. There was only half a salad in the box because the lady wasn't wanting to bend down and grab more fresh spinach. Another very kind employee noticed this issue and helped us by adding more to the salad. I don't know if the employee who first made it was lazy or gave up on trying for the last 2 hours of the shift, it was unfortunate, I'm glad I asked for it to be fixed. I just went in Wednesday 12/26 to get a pizza. I normally go to the west side one but this is closer to my house. I waited in line fore 20 mins. Then when I was next in line they told me to wait because they needed to make online orders....I was so annoyed. I have never waited this long at any mod. The employees were not even friendly. By the time my pizza was done I was still waiting for someone to ring me up. My pizza was burnt when I got home to eat it. I could have ordered a pizza online while in line and probably been out faster. They garbages were overflowing and everything was really messy behind the counter. This was an awful experience. Ordered a pizza, drinks and a salad. I ordered a margarita pizza John Dillion they call it. The person making the pizza hardly put any sauce or cheese on the pizza said they were out of basil. It was probably the worst pizza I've ever tried to eat.
