I also really love the Bellevue Overlake and Factoria locations. Love MOD Pizza! I love the thin crust and the ability to add various toppings to your pizza and salad without paying the extra price. I also love their pizza salad which gives you the best of both worlds. I so love their white sauce pizza! Its so yummy! I've been to many MOD Pizza locations throughout the Puget Sound area and each location has its own personality. This new location of MOD did not disappoint. Not only are the pizzas wonderful but the staff was AWESOME. My husband & I have been to this specific location a couple times, once during their grand opening in the evening and the other a couple days ago during lunch. On our first visit to this Canyon Park location it was extremely busy during the grand opening night. The employees were extremely friendly, nice, upbeat and welcoming to their location. Which in my eyes set themselves apart from the other MOD locations I've been to. They welcomed my husband & I as soon as we entered. :) As we got to the first person who asked us what we wanted they were very friendly and asked us what we wanted and it continued as we went down the line to the couple other employees that added the toppings to our pizzas and salads. Each employee took their time to explain to me what I was able to add and was willing to add any topping I wanted. They did not rush me & my indecisive self because there were many toppings & items to chose from. On the contrary they allowed me determine what I exactly wanted. On our second visit during their lunch rush, it wasn't as busy and just like the first time they were very welcoming, friendly & willing to help in any way. Everyone was so jovial and friendly from the moment I walked into the store. You can feel it from the moment you walk into the restaurant that it is a great group of people working & a positive environment. Just did curbside order. Called to have order brought out and no answer. I went inside for my order and told the guy that no one answered, he said that was the second time he heard that and he should check the phones, as I was walking away he said rudely 'or maybe not.' We went in when they first opened. They got my entire order wrong - and when i took the food back to show them, they were entirely rude but still re-made the order. Even my re-made order was wrong and didn't have a single thing I asked for and I still had to pay for the food. I will NOT be back. read more

This is by far my favorite location. Not only is the staff supper friendly but they mad my mad dog perfect... When I asked them to build it with extra cheese and meat. They said no problem, we will make it however you like it. That just doesn't happen "anywhere" else. Came here yesterday for Mother's Day. I ordered 2 pizzas but one was the mega and didn't qualify for the promotion. Without hesitation the guys at the counter made accommodations for me so I could enjoy the promotion. I really wasn't expecting anything and would have been happy with just a coupon to come back but they made sure I didn't have to go through that hassle. First time at MOD Pizza. I like to try a new pizza places... Mostly authentic. Although it looks like they had a wood fire grill this definitely wasn't the usual. Reasonable size pizzas with either some tried-and-true combinations as well as several for the little more adventurous. So I was growing up I ate a bunch of Domino's and Pizza Hut and got kind of tired of that style My dad definitely gave you what I wanted. I love this place so much! You get to MODify whatever pizza and watch them make it right in front of you. That way you know your food is fresh and isn't packed with preservatives. The people who work there are always super friendly and cool, just fun to be around. My favorite pizza is the Dillon James, I highly recommend that one. read more

I thought I'd give a new place a try...and I was miserably disappointed! The crust is fine--thin, if that's what you like--but the cheese is non-existent, as is every other ingredient. I'd ordered a pepperoni with spinach, and I did get spinach, but as far as pepperoni, at least two of the slices had 0-1/4 slice of pepperoni. The pizza itself was tasteless, mostly crust, with very little substance. My advice to you...go to the grocery store and buy yourself a loaf of bread and a block of cheese and you'll have yourself a better meal for less money. Wow, I'm really speechless. Me and my husband came here and ordered and while we stood in line to pay for our food, this guy comes up and asks "what are you having to drink??" We said we weren't sure and he handed us two cups and said our meal was on the house and he was the manager.He told us we shouldn't have had to wait as long as we did to pay because they preach the super fast service. I screwed up on my order and forgot to tell them ai wanted red sauce (pizza on the menu called for red sauce dollup finish and not red sauce before baking) and they were able to make me another one and saved the first one for the next customer. Nothing exciting about this pizza spot. I think they're pizzas are way overpriced. For three pizzas we paid close to $40. One was plain cheese and the other two were pepperoni and sausage. I think each pizza was made to feed one person only. Two stars for making the pizzas promptly but sad to say that was the only good thing I liked about Mod pizza. Wouldn't come back here. read more

Ate here for the second time this evening. The first time was okay not great probably because I did not choose the right toppings. However this time was absolutely perfect. Very happy we have a MOD pizza close to us. Been here a few times now and the staff are always friendly and seem to be having fun. As usual, the pizza is fantastic and like how you can add any combination you desire. Salads are really good as well and I always get the caesar salad. We also came by for the grand opening and the line was extremely long but the staff was working hard and we got our food in a good amount of time considering the line. Great job MOD!!! Also, the young lady who was cutting the pizza was extremely friendly and engaged all the customers that came through....that was a nice touch. Keep up the great work!!!! read more

This is basically the McDonalds of pizza. Cheap, fast but really nowhere near the same league as Zeeks. They really skimp on the ingredients. There was barely any cheese on any of the three pizzas we ordered. Staff were nice enough that but will probably not come back unless we want a very fast meal. This time I watched a girl out on gloves and star cleaning with a wet tag that came from a cleaner bucket then immediately started to handle food with the same gloves... I've always had good experiences at all MOD Pizza locations in terms of service, but the Bothell location consistently goes above and beyond. I got into a conversation with the gentleman helping me (the GM, Jabbron) about how my son and myself always look forward to MOD pizza after we go for a swim, and they were flattered to be a part of our little tradition. A few other employees chimed in by saying they always want people to feel like family in their store, and the truth is: we really do. On top of that, the pizza is top-notch and always consistent. Every employee we've interacted with here has made for a genuinely nice conversation, and many recognize our family from repeat visits and always offer a warm welcome. There are about 35 years of combined customer service experience between my wife and I, and it is evident to both of us that this particular MOD location's staff are hired for their empathy and their desire to create an excellent experience for their customers. That empathy makes all the difference from a service and a personal standpoint. read more
