I hope management reads these. I've been eating here since Jan 2019. The started out with a bang and we ate there weekly. We enjoyed the place greatly. Staff were friendly, food great, the place was clean. Now, it seems to hsve fallen apart. Our recent visit was not so great. 7 workers present and the line was to the door. Super slow and people were leaving fed up. I hung in there for a 30 wait in line and I was in front. Staff unfriendly, ingredients were skimpy, and the place was dirty. I never saw any tables cleared or cleaned at all. Many were dirty so I had to search for a clean one. Pizza is still great but the lack of cleaning is a turn off, the wait is bad, and the staff could care less. Please fix this so we can continue eating there. Thanks read more

The next worker that came up asked the lady behind me what she wanted on her pizza. The lady in the party behind me asked if I ordered. I commented, "I guess l'm invisible today". First time we are there was when it was brand new and they had some bugs to work out. Pizza was good though so we tried again. This time they are not brand new but still seemed to have the same bugs not worked out. I put in an order at 5:30 for a pickup at 6 pm. I left with my pizza at 7:25. One was burned to a crisp, one was burned, and one was very undercooked the cheese was barley melted. The kids were working their tails off but I think they must be lacking in management because no one seemed to know how to manage the chaos. I love mod pizza! But this location has some work to do. I made an online order for pick up @7pm. When I walked in my pizza was ready and the staff was friendly but my pizza was sitting in the corner on the counter. I took my pizza home and it was cold. Crust was burnt and not crispy at all, chewy more than anything. Toppings weren't evenly placed on the pizza. I had a ball of bacon on 1 slice but nothing on the rest... I'm from the north side of Houston and have been to the mod pizza in Conroe,tx plenty of times for lunch at that location. I would go at least once a week because the staff was friendly and energetic and pizza was always hot, crispy and full of toppings. I'm willing to try the burleson location again if improvements are made. read more

Everytime I come here the employees are so friendly !!! Awesome customer service. I love that mod pizza uses light crust so you can eat a pizza and it's not heavy and doesn't have a lot of calories. The pizzas are individually made right in front of you with fresh ingredients!! They have different recipes that you can choose from (and they will alter them if needed). You can also just pick and choose what you want on your pizza if you would like to create your own recipe. It's is a thin crust oven cooked pizza and takes a few minutes to cook and get the cheese gooeyNess. Great atmosphere and great service. Good place to meet up with friends and a big plus for Burleson getting this pizza place In town. read more

I am usually a fan of Mod pizza, especially since they have introduced more vegan options. The pizza I ordered, which included the plant based sausage, was good. However, the woman making my pizza didn't know that they had vegan sausage and didn't know they had nondairy cheese. The drink machine was not working correctly, so none of the drinks had any carbonation. The Greek salad was not good. Overall, this location was not as good as other locations I have been to. read more
