Good place to easily order personal size pizza. You can choose one of the ones listed on the menu or create your own. They offer different crusts including traditional, gluten free and cauliflower crust. Order at the front counter and then if you eat in, wait to hear your name called to go pick up from the counter. It's pretty much self service and you bus your own table. We give the helpful staff 20% tip anyway to support them. Ample room in the dining area with nice tables they range from small to large. Good place for groups. You can select bottles or canned beverages which include soda, beer or canned wine. Or you can also get a fountain drink of soda or different iced teas. I usually love mod pizzas and have eaten at Multiple location's for years but this is the second time at this location and they again scrimped on everything enough for me to leave a review which I rarely do. The girl barely covered the pizza with mozzarella and after asking at least once sometimes twice for more of each topping it was still probably half the amount of topping most other locations provide the first time. Like Blaze, they have an excellent array of topping choices, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. I really like MOD's pizza and concept. However, in my several recent visits, a lot has been lacking in execution. I told my husband the other night that every time I go back to MOD, I'm reminded why I don't go there. There is actually a disadvantage to ordering online. My order is always ready much later than the estimated pickup time (the other night was 20 min, the longest wait I've had was 45 min over). On my most recent visit, while I waited, I watched walk-in customers go through the line, order at the counter and leave with their pizza before me (when my order was placed 30 min prior). That makes no sense to me! I don't know what their process is for queuing up online orders, but it obviously isn't working. read more

Went for the first time today (long overdue) and it was very good! They were about the only pizza place opened on Labor Day and the workers were still really kind and helpful despite working on Labor Day! I got the Caspian (BBQ Chicken) with their dairy free cheese. It was super yummy! I also added pineapple which was a great addition. My friend got the Marguerite pizza and it looked absolutely delicious. They also had great options for drinks. I checked in with the employees to see if my food was ready probably 6 times which they would say "ten more minutes." Finally at 7:06 I asked one last time and it was apparent they had not even STARTED to make my two pizzas and bread sticks. It was a pretty regular order, nothing crazy like 10 pizzas. I asked to cancel and refund my meal which they had no problem with doing. I understand businesses can get busy, and I wouldn't say they were lazy and messing around, but when you have a paying customer sitting there for an hour and a half as people get in line, order their food, pay, eat and leave over and over again, something is seriously flawed in how the business is being ran. Their food is so yummy and fresh, I enjoy building my own pizza by ordering online. They usually have something new to try like small cakes or delicious flavored Lemonades and teas. As someone who tries to find Keto options, I love that I can have a Cauliflower crust and still eat pizza!!!! Its a bit more crunchy but still delicious. I finally got the chance to try the "Subway" of pizza's so to speak. Of course their ingredients look, and taste way better than Subway. I like that they have some suggestions on the wall, or you can build your own pizza, or salad. I really had a tough time deciding between the salad, and a pizza. I have always loved Mod and the pizzas are always great. I especially love how personable every employee is...well, almost everyone. On my last visit, I asked if I could get a discount since I knew someone working. The general manager Klaus was very rude in his response and was not friendly at all. I then asked for some ranch after we got our food, to which he harshly put the ranch in front of me without a single word and barely looked up at me, it made me feel like I did something very wrong to HIM. Pizzaria stop #2. My date and I are on a mission to tour all pizza places around Eugene/Springfield. This evening landed us here with a line out the door. It's clear this location is always busy as it's a quick pizza stop. Regardless of the craziness the fully staffed Mod handled the line timely. It wasn't much of a wait at all. I will say the music is always loud and the temperature is always cold. Let's talk pizza. I love thin oven fired pizza. It's always a treat to load up the toppings and not be charged when you choose to pile it high. The price is always good. I feel full and satisfied with every visit. Welcome to the Subway of pizza! If that's how you like it, this is the place for you. It's still fast food, but it beats the hell out of your typical fast food options. I heard about this place from one of my mother's friends. She and her boyfriend love it. So we all met here last night for dinner. I figured we'd check it out. The place looked packed, huge line, loud, and it seemed a little crazy. Oddly enough it went quickly. We didn't stand in line all that long. My mother still has some trouble standing for long periods of time due to the chemo. The line went quickly enough that she did just fine. It seems a bit disorganized if you're going through it the first time. But the staff is really friendly and patient/helpful. We only had one mishap with four people ordering in our group, and that was putting the wrong toppings on the wrong pizza. They grabbed another crust to start over. Which was partially our fault too in not catching it earlier. But they didn't treat it like a huge deal. Just start over and keep going. You go through the line, just like Subway, and pick the sauce, cheese, toppings, and off you go to pay while it's cooked. Everything is made exactly how you want it, they aren't stingy with toppings. I asked for extra of a couple toppings, and they were more than happy to accommodate my request, and put good amounts on there. It wasn't like Subway where you ask for extra olives and they put three more on it. In comparison to Subway, they were far more accommodating. My mother put roasted corn and asparagus on her pizza to try. Oddly enough, I wouldn't think either would be spectacular, but she loved it. I was kind of impressed she wanted to try new things. Once we made it through the line, we went to find a place to sit, which I thought would be a challenge. It wasn't. It wasn't nearly as crowded as I expected. It was loud in the restaurant, music, people talking, kids screaming. It's not the best place to take a date where you want quiet so you can talk. My mom's friend and her boyfriend both commented about how easily they always find a table, even with the crazy long lines. They said this was their new favorite place for a quick bite to eat. We sat in there chatting for probably a solid hour and it was fun. Hard to hear at times, but it wasn't obnoxious. It's not like going to a sit-down restaurant and being stuck next to the one screaming kid. It all blended together nicely and it was a good atmosphere, definitely fun. Would I return? Yes, yes I would. I might change my order a bit, but I had no complaints. It was good pizza, served quickly, after being made exactly how I wanted it. I'll bring my husband with me the next time. Whether I'm coming for myself or picking up a DoorDash order, I've had nothing but great experiences, prior to today! I came in to get a MOD-sized pizza after work! The employee kept asking me: "Is that it?" after I added a couple of items on my pizza as they seemed bothered that I was putting more items on & making their life difficult! At checkout, I told a 2nd employee that I have the MOD App & was just trying to log back in since I got a new phone to which they let me know that I could just type in the code off the receipt later, which I didn't want to do!
