Well let's just start with obvious, pizzas are made to order so they take time and if you come when it's a lunch or dinner rush, it's going to take even more time but that comes with the whole "made to order" model so I'm not docking stars for that, that is what you sign up for. Regarding the food, the pizza selection is always my favorite. Especially one of the ones where I MODify my pizza to the toppings that I want (see what I did there?). In our family order, I had the salad and the family had did pizza orders. We mostly came here to support a fundraiser for our local school a few weeks back. The pizzas were a hit at our house but the salad, not my favorite. I can't really put a finger on it but it just wasn't that great. But to be fair, this is a pizza place and I recommend stick with all pizza related things. Customer service was good but more so in the general politeness of the staff rather than an above and beyond service level. Will I come back? Well yes, when I searching for a specific experience around crafting a made to order pizza. Could you find some better options of pizza in the area? Absolutely. This location was incredibly dirty,,,counters, floors, tables, and fountain drink area. The person that took my order was wearing a gator mask and mumbled when they spoke. I would not recommend this location based on management behavior and workplace culture. While there the manager was speaking to her staff in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, creating a tense and uncomfortable environment for all. Even more concerning, was she was telling, employees that certain individuals are considered a "protected class" and therefore can "get away with more" because of how they identify. This type of comment is inappropriate and undermines fairness, equality, and professionalism in the workplace. There are good, hardworking employees here who deserve better leadership and an environment built on respect and accountability for all. I can say that this MOD Pizza has a very cool vibe to it. Good for a quick take out order or even to dine in. There's always someone waiting to help you at the front to assist in making your pizza. Everyone seems to be very kind, as well. I'm not that much of a pizza person, but my other half is. He enjoys adding similar toppings to a combination, Meats and veggies. Used their portal voicing my concerns on a few occasions and called them many times. The announcement on each extension tried from payroll to customer service and media...trying to get around the customer service recording saying they were busy. The female working hard in the middle station said we will be right with you, after I asked my husband of anyone acknowledged him yet. We've ordered here several times, we've even ordered online. We ordered because of a fundraiser for our son's school. We ordered an hour ahead of time to pick up at 6, it wasn't ready till 6:15ish so not bad on a busy night. Great pizza, especially for those with lactose allergies/intolerances. The staff were attentive toward my needs as I am lactose intolerant, which was very much appreciated. Pizza was very good and as my family and I built our own, we were able to get more bang for our buck, which was a win win in my humble opinion. We just missed the evening rush, as shortly after we received our pizza a influx of cheerleaders came in hungry to chow down (looking as if they can from a local competition somewhere close by). Always good pizza. I get the MOD Dillon James, it's so good. Because it's thin crust you don't feel overly full after eating. Staff is always friendly and pizzas are made pretty quick. This is one of my go to places for a quick fix, I've been here so many times before and the service is always the same. SUCKS! I told her it's a go to, she told me she got 4 online orders to dish out before she can get to mine. I waited patiently for 10 min before anyone helped me. I stood there and counted 6 other employees doing nothing, one employee was just putting sauce in a to go container...like really, could've came over and made my pizza, a couple employees was just prepping and talking in the back...smh! About 10 min later, one employee came and took my order, made my pizza and had the manager ring it up. I waited another 7 min before my pizza was ready. I don't want to write a negative review but the service here is absolutely terrible. I don't see anybody helping each other out (no team work). I love Mod pizza! I think they have a good array of options for pizza's. The flavor is usually very consistent. I like that you can add as many ingredients as you want on your pizza and pile it up. Lol. For the price, it is worth it. You can make it a regular pizza or "gourmet" which is very nice. I like how at the end you can hot sauce or pesto and various other sauces to top off your pizza. This is not my regular MOD Pizza stop. Though I did get my new regular love at this chain which is not currently pizza but salad. Yum, a mini bowl with Spinach and whatever else you choose. For me it is usually pineapple, jalapeno, tomato, grilled chicken, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, mozzarella, etc. It started with a mini salad and a mini pizza. Now I get the mini salad and the no name cake covered in chocolate gnache. They sit there innocently by the cash register and seem to be unnoticed. This is our second time here in a week! I heard about it from a friend and was not disappointed. They first greeted us very warmly and help us decide on our delicious choices. We went back tonight with two of our kids and they too were happy with the choice. The crust is very thin, the sauce was great, and they were very fast. A pleasant atmosphere too! Don't come to this location! Came here half an hour prior to them closing. Didn't even step one foot in the door and the workers said all their dough is frozen and they couldn't make anything! We used to go here often. We got burnt out. But I'm positive we will be back again soon. There are so many topping and sauces you can add to your pizza or salad. I tend to go overboard with toppings and sauce which can make for a soggy pizza. Sometimes the pizza comes out a little over cooked. I've had both ways and prefer it when cooked perfectly My husband likes pizza and salad with less topping than I do, I go crazy. I enjoy having so many fresh options. I came in here last night. The place seemed busy but everyone had a great attitude, except one person, it was a girl that had the worst attitude and she is included in my pictures. She seemed as if I and the people I came with were a nuisance, it was very uncomfortable. Also, I ordered a Hawaiian pizza basically and it was not that great like the usual, they did not put enough cheese on it and and just tasted bland. First off mod Pizza is good food, good value. If it weren't for my experience today I'd give 4 star +. However -2 stars for the supervisor Shay. Today I ordered the double crust pizza and requested some flat meat between the two crusts. I didn't think it would be a big deal but this was immediately shot down by the supervisor on duty Shay. If I were given a reason, an apology or some sort of option where I could pay more I think I would've been more understanding with this matter. However my request was dismissed as an unreasonable request and I felt I was treated rudely as a result. She even stated that it has never been tried before, which to me means that my request was turned down without any reason. If this wasn't an establishment which prides itself on customization and everyone's individual tastes, I wouldn't be bothered. However after having my request turned down with no reason, suddenly my custom pizza feels more limited, and my overall experience seems cheapened. MOD has gone downhill over the last 5 years and this location demonstrates that. Today I ordered a special and when I asked to have some rosemary sprinkled on top they said they couldn't "modify" the specials. First off I thought this was ironic, no mods at MOD. Second we're only talking rosemary! Then, no water cups, had to get back in line because nobody would make eye contact, then they said they don't put them out any longer due to theft. Water cups!? Next, opened up my pizza box, and the ranch cup had about 2 tablespoons in it, couldn't believe it. Also no parmesan or red pepper flakes anywhere. Just before leaving the employee cooking the pizza was snapping at his coworkers for putting big holes in the dough and the people by the door were talking about leaving because it had been 25 minutes since ordering. read more

This is the worst MOD location I've ever been to. I've always had a positive experience except for the times I've been here. One time I ordered online and they forgot half of my toppings. When I went back and asked them to correct it, they happily remade it, and guess what... They forgot the toppings again! Even when they had a receipt to read off of. The workers here clearly aren't competent enough to read and understand a list of toppings. Your job is to make pizza, how hard can it be? My 60 year old uncle with Down syndrome would do a better job. But wait!! There's More!! This time when I ordered a pizza online, I got a simple 3 topping order, and they put a total of 4 small jalepenos on the entire pizza, with some of the slices having absolutely no toppings on them whatsoever. The workers here must be smoking heroine before their shifts. I could still probably make a better pizza than these fools if I was high on heroine. I enjoy this pizza location. Their Cesar salads are delicious. I usually get a small Caesar salad and mini MOD. I get to choose what I want on my pizza and how crispy I want it, which I love it super crispy. You can have them make your choice of pizza or any specials they may have, the same thing goes for the salads. I love the ability to have the option, you can choose one on their menus or make your own. I also love their vintage lemonade!yum!! They have a soda fountain, classic ice tea, lemonade aids and lots of other bottled drinks. They are very attentive, always asking if everything was good. If you want a MOD Pizza go anywhere except this location especially if you are ordering online. I order the same pizza at each location that I go to. Wish I had a pic of what it should look like but the last two times I went to this location it was missing 1/2 the topping. Spinach being one of the toppings. I went here twice the second time only because I really wanted the 1st visit to be a fluke. This is a really convenient location if it were good but unfortunately it isn't since both times I had the worst pizza. I will continue to go to MOD just a different location. read more
